Guys which Thumbnail is the best for my animation? Also do i need to change the position or pose of either doctor or wisadel?

First 2 are lighter and last 2 are darker..

Hi! I Dont have the knowledge of copyrights and things and am about to start a animation channel on well project moon and arknights related content

Are pm games music copyrightable? Like that one LoR battle theme i forgot but is used in many vids and rolands realisation 3rd theme as long as i credit the original video? I want to use them ......
