I am a SAP developer with 5.2 years experience. My current ctc is 15LPA. I have an offer with LTM for 18.5 LPA. Then I got another from Deloitte india for 16.5 to 18LPA. I showed my counter offer and fought with the HR for a month and they agreed for 19 to 20 LPA(18 - fixed). But the HR said they will release it only before 2 weeks from my last working day which is 20 June.

Now I have an hr discussion with Deloitte USI. How much can I ask? I am thinking of 20 LPA fixed and 10-20% variable pay. But I have only LTM offer letter and I don’t have Deloitte india revised offer letter.

How can I convince Deloitte USI HR?
How can negotiate to get the best offer?
Every companies initially said we can only offer 20% hike for 90 days notice period.
Now it’s my time to ask more since I am already serving notice.

I am 26M and I have been using hinge free version for past 2 weeks. I haven’t got a single like. Do hinge really works in chennai? It only works when I subscribe?I am sending some 10 likes everyday and no response. Kinda confused how this works? Do I need to send some comments while sending likes? Also somewhat feels awkward on sending comments before starting a convo.

I did pf transfer from my old pf account to new pf account in epfo member home portal in march. The transfer is successful but I don’t see annexure k in the transfer status. I raised a grievance for it and escalated it they said it is with the concerned team and asked me to mail. I mailed multiple times no reply. Then I visited local epfo office in chennai they said it needs to updated by bandra(mumbai) office only. They asked me to Raise a RTI or CPGRAMS grievance. I raised a CPGRAMS they updated the comments as shared and closed it. I didn’t receive any email and I don’t see the document inside epfo member home in transfer status. That Annexure K column is empty and no download option. It’s been 60 days. Really tired of this system. I need to submit Annexure k to my current Pf trust so they can complete my pf transfer. What I can do as next step? Had someone faced this?

I have started using hinge from yesterday. Do normal hinge works well? Or I need subscription?
