I am a SAPUI5 and BTP developer with 5 years and 3 months experience. I have offer from Deloitte USI with 18 fixed + 0-10% variable + 1 lakh bonus.
I have another offer from LTM with 20.5 fixed + 0-10% variable.

LTM is offering me the highest but everywhere I see there is not much SAP projects in LTM and I will be mostly benched. In Deloitte USI the scope for SAP is great but horrible wlb.

I am really confused now. My joining date is 13th July. Please share some insights.

I am a SAP consultant with 5.2 years experience. I got an offer from Deloitte USI for 18 LPA fixed. But I asked for 21-22 LPA as fixed. I discussed with HR and asked her to increase. She said for consultant we can offer this much only. I read somewhere in reddit that consultants with 5 yrs exp get paid 21 LPA as fixed.

So I said to HR I personally know a consultant who got hired with 5 years exp having 21 LPA as fixed. But suddenly she asked the name of that person. She said give me a name I will increase.

But I don’t know anyone personally. I read in reddit only. So consultants please help me who is getting paid 20 LPA or more as fixed. Please DM me.

I am a SAP Consultant with 5.2 years experience. My current CTC is 15 LPA(Fixed- 13.5 LPA). I have one offer with LTM CTC is 18.5 LPA(Fixed- 16.5 LPA).

I explained my skills and I can join in 25 days and asked for 21-22 LPA as fixed. But HR offered me a consultant role and maximum she can give is 18 LPA as fixed. She said Deloitte USI won’t see counter offers and all. The reason she is saying is that I haven’t completed my one year in current company. I am in my 10th month only. She is not moving further more than 18. How can I negotiate her? Is that what consultant get for 5 years exp? I said just like that one of my friend who is a consultant paid 21 LPA as fixed. She is asking his name😂. After that I said give me sometime to think. How can I negotiate😂? I at least want 20 LPA as fixed.

I got selected in Deloitte USI and today I got pre hire submission email. I recently shifted to a new house 3 months back. Due to state elections I didn’t change my address in aadhar and other ids. Now I don’t have any proof on my current residence. My all the ids have old address details only.

I also have an offer with LTM where I submitted my old id proof only.

So what should I do now submit old address proof or change the address in aadhar and submit to Deloitte.

I am not sure how much time it would take for address change. Also if I change address in aadhar then LTM offer would be in danger.

I have five year experience in IT. How strict is Deloitte USI in visiting home and checking the candidate?

I am a 5 year experienced SAP Consultant. I completed my two technical rounds in Deloitte USI. I am waiting for HR discussion. But today suddenly my application status changed to ‘Matched to a new requisition’ and I can see one more new application opened for the same position and it’s status is ‘Interview in Progress’. I am confused.

Do I need to attend interviews again? Or Do the HR contact me for salary discussion?

Please help me here. I am on notice period. I don’t have HR number and my recruiter is not picking my calls.

I am a SAP developer with 5.2 years experience. My current ctc is 15LPA. I have an offer with LTM for 18.5 LPA. Then I got another from Deloitte india for 16.5 to 18LPA. I showed my counter offer and fought with the HR for a month and they agreed for 19 to 20 LPA(18 - fixed). But the HR said they will release it only before 2 weeks from my last working day which is 20 June.

Now I have an hr discussion with Deloitte USI. How much can I ask? I am thinking of 20 LPA fixed and 10-20% variable pay. But I have only LTM offer letter and I don’t have Deloitte india revised offer letter.

How can I convince Deloitte USI HR?
How can negotiate to get the best offer?
Every companies initially said we can only offer 20% hike for 90 days notice period.
Now it’s my time to ask more since I am already serving notice.

I am 26M and I have been using hinge free version for past 2 weeks. I haven’t got a single like. Do hinge really works in chennai? It only works when I subscribe?I am sending some 10 likes everyday and no response. Kinda confused how this works? Do I need to send some comments while sending likes? Also somewhat feels awkward on sending comments before starting a convo.

I did pf transfer from my old pf account to new pf account in epfo member home portal in march. The transfer is successful but I don’t see annexure k in the transfer status. I raised a grievance for it and escalated it they said it is with the concerned team and asked me to mail. I mailed multiple times no reply. Then I visited local epfo office in chennai they said it needs to updated by bandra(mumbai) office only. They asked me to Raise a RTI or CPGRAMS grievance. I raised a CPGRAMS they updated the comments as shared and closed it. I didn’t receive any email and I don’t see the document inside epfo member home in transfer status. That Annexure K column is empty and no download option. It’s been 60 days. Really tired of this system. I need to submit Annexure k to my current Pf trust so they can complete my pf transfer. What I can do as next step? Had someone faced this?

I have started using hinge from yesterday. Do normal hinge works well? Or I need subscription?
