I need to vent, and maybe hear from people who grew up in similar families

Today everything started over a very minor issue. My dad had a valid reason to be upset with my mom, and honestly, if I were in his place, I'd probably be annoyed too. But instead of discussing the problem and moving on, it turned into another long lecture.

My brother and I kept trying to offer practical solutions so everyone could move on, but the lecture just continued. Eventually my brother completely broke down and started crying.

The thing is, he's been doing almost everything around the house lately—cooking, cleaning, and other chores—because my mom has a sprained leg. He's exhausted and frustrated. This wasn't really about today's issue; it was everything building up over time.

What hurts is that this is how my family has always handled conflict. We don't solve problems. We turn them into bigger emotional issues. To be fair, I'm guilty of that too sometimes.

I ended up telling both of my parents that they're emotionally irresponsible and don't know how to handle conflict in a healthy way.

This brought back memories from my childhood. My parents fought a lot when I was growing up. I wasn't the one crying—I mostly kept everything inside—but I remember feeling intense stress. I'd get this burning pain in my stomach whenever they fought. Looking back, I think that constant tension affected me much more than I realized at the time.

Watching years of conflict like this has honestly made me certain that I don't want to get married or have children. I'm afraid of repeating the same cycle and putting someone else through what I experienced.

Has anyone else grown up in a family where every small problem became a huge emotional conflict? How has it affected your relationships and your view of marriage or having kids?

So he asked me to meet HOD whether she will allow me for an interview.I don't have any degree professionally I am pursuing some other course that is certification but has better credibility than bachelor in commerce also masters.

I will be requesting her to just allow me to give a demo lecture then they can reject me.how do I have this conversation, what precautions to take.

My mom told me this story from when I was 1 month old and I genuinely don't understand the decision

Used ai for articulation and mistakes post is not dake

So my mom recently told me a story from when I was around 15–30 days old.

It was my mom's cousin's wedding. She wanted to attend and she did. This was in April, in Chandrapur district, which is known for being one of the hottest places in India. This was around 20 years ago. There were no AC halls. Weddings used to happen under cloth pandals. No coolers, no proper fans, nothing.

She took me there when I was barely a month old.

While telling the story, she was saying how she sacrificed enjoying the wedding food because she had to breastfeed me. Then I asked her how old I was at that time.

When she said around a month old, I was honestly startled.

Maybe this sounds harsh, but I genuinely don't understand the decision. A 15–30 day old baby is extremely vulnerable. Even healthy adults struggle in Chandrapur heat during April. Why would you voluntarily take a newborn into that environment for a wedding?

I'm not angry at her. I don't hold resentment over it. It happened a long time ago and I let it go. But it definitely made me question the judgment behind the decision. You wouldn't die from missing a cousin's wedding. The wedding wasn't a necessity.

I've seen similar things even today. Women carrying very young babies on crowded buses in peak May heat, traveling long distances for family functions and other things. Every time I see it I wonder: is whatever you're traveling for really that important?

Maybe I'm overly cautious, but if I ever had a child, I wouldn't be taking a newborn to weddings, crowded events, or unnecessary trips. I'd rather wait until the child is older and stronger.

Ironically, stories like this make me even more certain about being childfree. Not because I dislike children, but because I take the responsibility seriously. If I had a child, their safety would come before any wedding, family function, or social obligation.

Can you help identify my weak points for an aesthetic physique?

I'm looking for objective feedback on which muscle groups I should prioritize to move closer to my goal physique.

Current stats:

Height: 167 cm (5'6")

Weight: 68 kg

Wrist size: 16 cm

Biceps: 36 cm (flexed)

Chest: 98 cm

Age: 21

Abs are flexed in the photo

Based on my wrist size (16 cm at 167 cm), I think I have a relatively small-to-medium frame/bone structure.

I've attached:

  1. My current physique photos

  1. My goal physique

Questions:

Which muscle groups are most lacking compared to the goal physique?

What would give me the biggest visual improvement: shoulders, lats, upper chest, arms, legs, or something else?

What body fat % do you estimate I'm at?

What weight do you think I would need to reach to look similar to the goal physique at my height?

I'm looking for honest criticism rather than compliments.

Father told me to look at some fb reel about parents giving up everything for children etc and I replied...

So the reel was parents provide education finance and then expenses of marriage and in return children say that they want to live separate.

I replied,

It was couples joy to have children, neither they asked for birth so it's responsibility to give at certain level

Boom I made crime .

As I live on 1st floor and have ac in my room and doing nothing since 2 years due to health problems .

He angrily said I will remove ac of these rooms in some other related argument.

He did not directly say about that thing but can see through it was for the thing I said.

And I have no regrets, because the health I got bloody worst genes I have got mostly unable to do any kind of heavy tasks

And my brother is weak too.

And when I ask what was in your mind when you married.he says nothing because everyone does.bloody say upfront you need free sex.

Down vote this post but I am not ashamed because I know I am not wrong.
