I already bought my wrist band and camping pass but I want to add on early access but can’t find where it is

Almost a year ago, my ex (when we were still together) went into my Amazon account and changed the email from mine to hers. I never paid attention to this but realized recently after she moved out that she basically hijacked the account that I’ve had since 2016. I called customer service and they said that they’d report it to the fraud department. They asked for my name, any card numbers of mine listed on the account, and 3 purchases made by me within the last 3 months, and the initial email that the account was created under. I was able to accurately provide everything. The issue that worries me is that not only did she change it to her email and her phone number but she also enabled 2 factor authentication. Is the info that I provided enough to regain access? Or did she successfully rob my account from me?
