I think Bizarro's suit evolution will be similar Superman's suit during Grant Morrison's run of Action Comics.

During Grant Morrison's run in Action Comics, in the early years of the New 52, Superman went from wearing a T-shirt with his logo on it to wearing a bodysuit which transformed into the New 52 Supersuit.

I have my own pitch for season 6 if it happens.

Following season 5, Talia still willing to take revenge sends a bounty on Harley and Ivy's head, ordering various assassins to kill them, forcing Harley and her friends to travel around the world and stop the League of Shadows. In this season we particulaty dive into the Vertigo/Milestone/Wildstorm part of the DC Universe, with Harley and her friends meeting and ocassionaly teaming up with characters and teams from these imprints.
