How long does it take for your throat to heal due to being sore from acid reflux for over a year? I haven’t had acid reflux for months now so curious how long does healing of the throat take?

I use a oral b oscillating electric toothbrush, but I can only use it for a few month then need to have a break due to my gums getting sore. I don’t push hard on the gums and pressure sensors never goes off, do dentist or patients se this happen often?

What the best multivitamin for men with Folate and not folic acid, and has other high percentage dosage of B vitamins? I’m looking for a multivitamin that has high dose of b vitamins like (Now foods, Adam’s multivitamin) but with folate not folic acid?
