I don’t know how to write this without breaking my heart.
Somewhere right now, Ronan is sitting in a shelter kennel, waiting. He doesn’t understand why he’s there. He doesn’t know that his time is running out. He doesn’t know that the clock is ticking toward 4:30 PM today.
All he knows is that he wants someone to love him. 🥹
Ronan is a young Black Mouth Cur with the saddest eyes and the sweetest soul. He is the kind of dog who leans into you when he’s scared, the kind who wants reassurance, the kind who still believes humans are good.
He’s gentle. He’s affectionate. He’s potty trained. He loves to cuddle. He walks well on a leash, and when he gets nervous, he simply pancakes because he’s scared — not because he’s bad. He’s just looking for someone to show him that he’s safe.
Ronan is not a problem dog.
He is not a dog who deserves to die alone in a shelter.
He is a dog who needs someone to say:
“I see you. I’ll give you a chance.” ❤️
We are desperately searching for a foster before 4:30 PM today. A foster could literally be the difference between life and death for this sweet boy.
