For those with tail tidy kits that is a blinker delete, and for those whole relocate the plate down to the axle area do you have any issues with passing inspection and any troubles with daily riding?

I’m a bit confused about how plate ownership/reservation works in both Dubai and Sharjah

For dubai, I have a special plate and if I remove it from my car, do I have to keep paying reservation/holding fees if I don’t put it on another vehicle straight away? I know there’s an option to pay around 1.1k to make the plate yours (ownership certificate). Once you’ve done that, do you no longer have to pay reservation fees when the plate isn’t on a vehicle?

Also, how does this work in Sharjah? Is there an equivalent ownership option like Dubai?

The reason I’m asking is that I choose a nice free white code 4 digit plate just recently. It’s already under my traffic file, but I haven’t registered it to a vehicle yet. I don’t want to lose it if I don’t use it but the minimum reservation fee is also 300 for 6 months.

I’m 20 and my partner is 23. We have been talking and getting for some time, and we are quite compatible and made plans for our future. Recently, something happened that I’m struggling to understand.

Her mother had a dream where her deceased husband (my partner’s father) appeared crying and told her he was disappointed. In the dream, he apparently gave a lot of advice to the family, including that my partner was not ready to be in a relationship and should not continue seeing each other not targeted towards me but in general.

The part that shocked me was that her mother also mentioned things about our relationship that, as far as I know, nobody else knew. For example, she knew about my planned surprise visit in September, which I believe only my partner and I knew about. Shes away from her mother on a long vacation and said she hasn’t told anyone as well. As well as a few other things that we didn’t mention to anyone.

After the dream, her mother became very emotional, cried, and shouted at my partner not to be in a relationship anymore. My partner told me she doesn’t want to leave and that she loves me, but she feels forced because she believes this is connected to her late father’s wishes. She still lives under her mother’s roof, which makes the pressure even harder for her.

I’m confused and heartbroken because it feels like our relationship ended because of something outside of our control. I don’t want to disrespect her grief, but I also don’t know how to process this.

We both live on our trust fund and I have a job lined up so it’s not like I cannot provide even if her mother cuts off her financial support. I don’t know what to do now I am feeling depressed and lost and it’s taking me down a spiral. I’m a revert so I hope what I wrote will make sense

I strictly ride at night during summer due to the heat. Only during winter months, I ride during the day for about 3 months.

Would my helmets materials generally last longer because it gets much less UV exposure and less direct heat.

My tyres are too sticky and it’s getting to summer temp (40-50), I do it in manual mode 2nd gear in track mode but can’t seem to do break traction consistently. I’m doing it on my family’s private estate not any public areas.

I’m planning to register a new car in Dubai and transfer my current plate to it.

Do I need to hand in the physical plate and pay to reprint the sports plate when registering the new car, or can the same physical plate just be moved over?

Do both cars need to be present together for the transfer?

Also, after buying the new car, can I transfer the plate first and then sell the old car later, or do I need to sell the old car before moving the plate?
