guys I want to do btech from cse and I have 8.5 crl rank in jee mains, 61 percentage in 12th boards and 49.6 in pcm , I'm from prayagraj and obc so can I get addmission here?

guys I wanna do btech from cse branch but but but my rank is 8.5 crl rank and 61 percentage in boards exams but but but I have 49.5 percent in pcm, is it over for me?
