Bulbophyllum frostii, been waiting for this guy for so long!
any and all tips appreciated😁
A. eriocarpa, "Woollypod Milkweed"
found growing wild in a dry patch of land in San Luis Obispo, CA
some of my natives finally bloomed🙃 all from seed
will new growth acclimate to direct sun?
planted this guy ~2 weeks ago, pushing out new growth and roots.
i know they can handle quite a bit of sun, i see giant thaumatophyllum everywhere around me growing in full california heat!
gets full morning sun until around 1pm then is shaded the rest of the day, zone 10a
as long as i keep him hydrated will he be fine?
thanks everyone !

Tubercle shown on Ceropegia woodii
a tubercle is a rounded growth of plant tissue, usually found above the soil surface.
many plant families have evolved this completely separately, and for different purposes, mostly nutrient and water storage.
on C. woodii, they allow for easy of propagation, as well as trout tolerance !
T. duratii, my first real tillandsia specimen, so excited to grow this guy!
leaf upside down, this happen to anyone else?
A. crystallinum, leaf has been coming in upside down, not too worried, just a little confused
