This lady on Threads was throwing a giant fit about adult Pokémon collectors. I’m 17 and I have absolutely no problem with adults who collect, especially since you all have been doing this for way longer than me. I get where she is coming from, but her actual issue is with scalpers, not the people who genuinely enjoy collecting or playing the game. Plus, she didn't need to be so rude about it.

I do have a few issues with certain adult collectors, though, specifically the ones who buy out entire stores just because they have adult money. Personally, whenever I’m buying cards at Target or standing at a Pokémon vending machine, I always make sure to leave some behind. If there is a kid behind me in line at a vending machine, I usually even buy them a pack.

Some adults really do need to understand that this hobby is for kids too, and they should leave some stock on the shelves. At the same time, Pokémon isn't just for kids either. I don't know, I'm mostly just ranting to be honest.

Anyone else experience this?

I think it’s AI for sure, it just gives off those vibes, skin to clear, background too nice.

[EDIT] Please don’t worry about my sister too much, she’s only been talking to him for a few days, I looked at all the DMs and they are mostly just semi-flirty messages, I will be telling my parents, and showing her any legitimate proof and making sure she never accepts DMs from strangers again.

Also, I know it’s AI, do not insult my intelligence by insinuating I don’t know what AI looks like.

[FINAL EDIT] It’s absolutely AI. I showed her all the evidence you guys gathered, and she officially believes me. She says she was always a little suspicious, I think, personally, ”love” blinded her (she’s 16, she doesn’t know what love is). My parents took away her phone, but not before I was able to confront him. He denied it over and over again before admitting that the picture was fake, but he’s blocked and reported now. So, thanks y'all for the support and helping me figure out some solid evidence to show my sister. Except for all the haters, no thanks for you.

After I unlocked the dangerous version of both mines, I never bothered to change it back and now the normal mines are just so boring and easy, so I just alway play on the dangerous mode.

I guess you could say I have my life (in stardew valley) on dangerous mode, 😉

Thats why I love this game so much, it’s got a ton of diversity in terms of backstories and personalties, I sympathize with Alex the most because my father also beat me and my mom died when I was five.

(they don’t have to be that serious btw, you can absolutely identity with Linus because you also eat out of the trash can…)

There are graves spread across Hyrule commemorating the soldiers and citizens lost to the Calamity. It’s such a touchingly sad detail that Zelda personally places her favorite Silent Princess flowers at these sites to honor them.

Even crazier, if you head into the Depths directly beneath these memorials, you’ll find the spirits of those soldiers standing on stone pedestals. They hold out pristine, undecayed weapons for Link—it’s like they’re reaching out from the past to give him the strength he needs to finally finish the fight. Say what you will about this game, but these story details are heartbreaking. Hats off to the developers for that one.
