Wish list missing from the UK website

Hi all,

I noticed a while ago that the wish list was missing from my account (in the UK) and sort of just ignored it, thinking it was a website update or something. Well I checked today, still missing. Opened live chat and all I got told was "on checking on my end, the wish list feature has been removed", no explanation.

Does anyone know why? It's not a major issue, I'm just confused more than anything, especially since there didn't seem to be an announcement or anything like that as far as I can tell?

Issues with making flair mandatory

Hi all. I'm on desktop, I've set the 'require post flair' toggle to ON, but when posts are made it's still allowing them to be posted without a flair. What do? Am I missing another setting? New to modding!

Made a subreddit for people who have been out for a long time

Hi all! I wanted somewhere for those of us who are navigating longterm transition (careers, aging, long-term hormone use, etc) to have those discussions. Pre or early transition peoples are allowed to observe but only comment where openly invited via flair! All flavours of trans* are welcome!

Tips for minimising irritation when shaving facial hair?

Hello!
I have no issue with being open about being a trans man, and that is where my conundrum comes from.
I have been out for 10+ years. On hormones for 6 years, but only really bothered to shave for the last 4 years or so. I have tried various razors (including electric), various shaving creams/foams/gels, various aftershave lotion, tried before and after showering, and yet EVERY time I shave, I seem to irritate my skin - especially my chin and neck.
There is occasionally an ingrown hair that resolves itself, but usually, it's just my skin irritated for no apparent reason.

People who are more experienced in shaving - anything else I can try to minimise irritation?
ETA: for recommendations on products, I'm in the UK!

What do you get up to between jobs?

Hello! I am not a paramedic, med student or anything of the sort. I love a good documentary but one thing I’ve never really seen is between jobs (understandably, they’re supposed to be engaging)

So that has me curious. What do you get up to between jobs? Just drive around?

People who have come out to family, especially parents - why? (Read body text before judging!)

Hi all!

My partner and I were having a discussion earlier. We have different experiences on something, and I'm genuinely just curious. For context, my partner and I are both ace, but here is where we differ:

I don't, and never have, felt the urge/need/want/whatever you want to call it to come out as asexual to my family, especially not to my mum. To me personally it would be like saying "mum, I don't want to have sex with people."

My partner, on the other hand, doesn't feel the need to come out, but can understand why some people might. For example:

  • So relatives don't do the "do you have a partner yet?" stuff
  • Parents know not to expect grandchildren (if applicable, adoption etc are still possible of course)
  • To allow relatives to ask questions to educate themselves if needed

I can absolutely understand these reasons, and of course there's no right or wrong way to 'be' ace, coming out is just as valid as not coming out, but it did get me thinking because of my own thoughts:

Why have you/do you want to come out to your relatives? Again, no judgement, just curious!

Losing my mind over screen flicker

Any ideas on what’s causing this?

I’ve tried a new HDMI cable. I don’t actually have anything else to plug the console into, but I have tried different HDMI ports. I’ve tried changing the display settings. It’s ONLY Gran Turismo that does this. I’m losing my mind.
