The day before Bruce came back and Gordon must've been so nice for a criminal

Just imagine some criminal had been getting the leg up on the gcpd for years and there was nobody but other gang rivals to really match you. You could bribe cops and really have no problem at all getting a muck. Every other city had some starling heros popping up but no gotham was a free town that could never be changed. And then in the span of a year. You have a 6 foot something man dressed as a bat patrolling the streets and cleaning all of your old competition and henchmen up. And your bribes are starting to come up cold as the good has gone clean or at least had some heavy scrubbing. And then one day you see the signal in the sky and the Bats out which means your in.

I'm in the minority but i don't really like the body horror aspect of hulk getting milked

Every new artist since the immortal hulk has gone out of there way to make the most stupendous hulk transformation tearing bruce apart and rebuilding as hulk. But to me this really has been just a forced angle that's been beat to the ground. It was cool the first five times like oh omg he's going inside out like dude atp who cares. Like it feels at a point it's being forced so they can get away with not being to write that good of a story. ever since that immortal hulk run ended. It's been dud after dud especially with that hulk mecha shit which was personally the most idiotic thing marvels done to a hero after such a mega hit. or maybe it was ryan artless art that was js the same person with the same expression just different outfit in every panel that bugged me.

The makers a boring villain with papper thin reason at this point to be on this path.

I'll say it right now the character assassination to make the Maker into this all being and truly evil person is genuinely dumb to me. We literally knew exactly why he had turned to evil to save his future and everyone else's future as well on the head from kang " spoilers future sue. But after that jonathan hickman decided to take the half of hero he had left and the greater good he wanted and decided to fully destroy his human. The maker just continually has been beyond redemption and dumbed down to man just wants to be god like every half of the mill marvel villain. I just really don't like how Reed was just broken from a character standpoint when we see his heroics like atp that character isn't him. And the complete glaze of the Maker is fucking ridiculous with shallow level knowledge of his actual past before ultimatum.

Heaven forbid but if the New ultimate universe was ever to be merged into the main 616 universe was aspects would you want to transition into the merged cannon

I would really want the aspects of teh Uptimate x-men to be adapted more in depth and sort of make armor more of a focal point again in a younger xmen lineup.

is the maker only successful when the heros aren't as set in.

Is the maker only this successful against heros when they aren't already an establishment. Say for example The Ultimates were able to beat him twice in the span of months among each other. I know the situations are so different with maker having limitless time to set his plans in place. But The Ultimates really had a weaker overall cast when we look back at it. I would say the only advantage the original ultimates had on the new universe was the establishment of shield and its abilities.
