Glitch?

I had a McDonald's order this evening, definitely just one order, I double check that having been caught out before. I get to the drop off, click on delivery complete, and the app then tells me to proceed with next delivery. What next fucking delivery?? I've only got one on board!

Looked at the details, and it's a huge order, wouldn't fit in one bag.

Spoke to support, they said that I had it with me, which I didn't. Then the customer started messaging me, asking if I was lost. 😂

Went back to support, they then decided to cancel the order, but I've never had that happen before. Anyone else had this happen?

GWR suck ass

Sunday august 2nd, open return from Swindon to Bristol Temple Meads.

12:30 train, 5 carriages, full.

13:28 train, 5 carriages, 10 minutes late, rammed, no one got off and no one could get on.

14:20 train, 12 minutes late, 10 carriages, rammed but managed to stand in a very cramped vestibule.

Why, why, why only 5 carriages on a Sunday? It's obviously not a quiet day.

Upgrade to Poco x8 pro

Hello. I'm currently using a redmi note 13 pro 5g, but it's starting to struggle on battery longevity after 2.5 years. Is the x8 a decent upgrade? I've been looking at various options, and the Poco seems to rank higher than most other options, but I'd like to hear people's personal experience of using one. Would I notice a huge difference in stumping up the extra for a pro max?

Removed dings

I've been doing Morrisons blocks for a few months now, with no issues, until the end of a delivery in May. I'd finished the last drop and the app was telling me there were 3 bags to take back to the store. I spoke to support who verified all the deliveries had been done, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. 2 days later the return request is still on there. Then I get a ding. Go from Above Standards to Achieving in one ding. Spoke to support again, they said it was an issue outside my control, and the ding would be taken off. Weeks later and it's still there. So I spoke to support again, and less than an hour later, I see this I've got back up to above standards, but with a roller coaster of ups and downs between 😂

So if you do get a ding that's definitely not your fault, keep on at them till they sort it out.

New driver question

New driver here. I've done a few deliveries this week without issue, but today I was in an area with a crap signal. The app said it wasn't close enough to the customer to complete the delivery. I got through to support to confirm the delivery, but is there any way to fix this without having to go through support?
