Does anyone think the pixel 4 will ever come back in stock. I've been waiting weeks to get a new pixel watch as the HR monitor stopped working on mine, but I don't want to settle for the 3.

I had requested time off, which I don't do often for a Dr appointment. At the last minute it was canceled. I told my boss the day before "just to be honest my Dr. Appointment was canceled, but I'm still going to take the day off tomorrow. If you end up needing me let me know"
When I returned to work I was called into office and HR was there and they put me in a PIP, saying I should have taken my day off back since it was for a DR appointment and that it showed I didn't care about policy or my other coworkers having to cover my work". I said fuck this and walked about.

Is it me or do most high end omakases all feel very similar to the point once you've done a few there is no point doing more. Seems to be the same fish ,same cut, and same appetizers.
Does any have issues with high heat burning your pan? I have a gas stove and it seems anything above medium burns my pan. I don't know if im doing something wrong or if my stove just runs hot. I also use avocado oil so it should have a high smoke point.
