As for four copies of the TSR boxed set that's easy. One is my original copy bought back when it was released. The others I picked up along the way at game stores or flea markets because they were $10 or less and pretty much complete.

The Mace Windu Hyperspace Stories TPB Has Been Removed From Dark Horse's Website

After many delays, the TPB was set for release Oct. 20 before vanishing from retailer sites. Now it's gone from Dark Horse Comics' website. Remains to be seen if Mad Cave Studios will publish the book.

On the hunt for a mysterious artifact in South America, Indiana Jones (and, by extension us the guests) will be plunged into the underworld. And wouldn’t you know it? The underworld is guarded by a massive, feathered snake."

DC Comics' Who's Who in Star Trek

Both covers are by Howard Chaykin. The two-issue miniseries was published in March and April 1987 by DC Comics (each issue is 48 pages). It's a essentially a sourcebook that features the characters, ships, locations and more of Star Trek up to roughly the events of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
