1. Is the sales tax, which is $160 more than what I calculated 2 is "govt licence and or registration fees. Which include $400 inspection fee and $50 temp tag

I got the quote in writing before moving to financing. Should I something in writing before the long drive there? I'm also going to mention that I don't want any add ons or warrenties besides the manufacturer warrenty.
