Supercell forced to release BTS of their animation after antis hated on the animators' work and accused the whole thing of being AI for no reason

Can we all agree that this anti-ai hunt obsession is getting extreme? Imagine being an animator working hard on this and then all you see is people calling it "AI slop" because they are so desperate to push their agenda further, not very pro-artists at all.

Anyone else disappointed by the Irregs series?

This series started out really interesting until I realized that the plot is literally not advancing. For the past 50 (yes fifty!) episodes which started in like april mind you it's just random rules fro when they eventually arrive with like no plot progress.

Example: Episode 5 days ago: Irregs are 1,141,723 light years away

Episode 2 days ago: Irregs are 1,110,110 light years away.

Seriously, just get it over with already. It was interesting at first "oh man, when they get here I wonder what will happen" but it's not fun when their trip actually takes years in real time and each episode is just a new random rule for when they get here.

I hate US vs EU online wars

Every single time I see these braindead US vs Europe arguments online it literally always plays out the EXACT SAME WAY.

"Euros are poor!!"

"At least we have healthcare!!"

"Well you don't even have AC and people are dying from heat in your country!!"

"Your schools are a shooting range!!"

I hate the "bare minimum" mindset in relationships

I am so sick of this modern/tiktok relationship mindset where sweet gestures by a partner are immediately devalued as the "bare minimum" instead of it being treated as a nice gesture that shows you that they care about you.

Should your partner put in the effort to make you happy? Yes absolutely, I'm not saying you shouldn't expect that, but if I were to buy my partner a gift or do something that I know makes them happy, getting an arrogant "bare minimum" response as if I'm just barely doing enough because my gesture is nothing to be thankful for because it's just the "bare minimum" would ruin the entire moment for me.

I think that recognizing your partner's efforts and showing them that you notice their effort is just as important as them putting in that effort.

I hate how overrated RDR2 is and how they use things that no one pays attention to for more than one second to overhype it

Let me start by saying, I loved this game when I first played it, but I think it doesn't deserve the title of "greatest game of all time" that it receives so often. So many people still act like this is the pinnacle of gaming that games have still not managed to dethrone.

If you've never played it, then yes it will be a phenomenal experience because imo the game shines the most in:

Storytelling, realism and getting you immersed in the world they've built

The game is absolutely amazing when it comes to that, so much so that it made me not even notice how average or even boring the gameplay is, how clunky the movement is and how repetitive the missions are.

"Walk to spot A. Talk to person A, get on your horse to ride to spot B so that you can shoot person B", this is a problem with Rockstar games in general but at least in GTA the map is smaller and you can speed in a car.

In this game the map is ENORMOUS and you are on a fucking horse, on your first playthrough it's bearable because at least you have character dialogue that expands the story, but when replaying the game I was bored out of my mind.

And whenever there's videos comparing RDR2 to new games they always just compare things where I'm like, who gives a shit like actually? "Look at the details on how the Horse's balls shrink when the weather is cold! Even 2026 games don't have this!" (yes I'm not joking, this is actually in the game), I mean sure the level of detail is great, but who cares?

The movement feels heavy and clunky, the melee combat just like in most Rockstar games is extremely boring, the shooting is satisfying but that's pretty much all it has going for it.

Ultimately this game on paper has everything, but man it's just not fun. It's a great first time experience, but a horrible game.

If people want creators to start disclosing AI-use then there needs to be a friendlier environment for it

I've seen some people claim that AI-content should be labelled, personally I don't find that too bad of an idea and I'm mostly pro-AI myself.

But today, if I were a creator there is nothing that would convince me to disclose any AI use in my project, regardless of how little or how large of a role AI played in the project. I absolutely don't blame anyone these days for not disclosing AI use.

The hostility when it comes to AI is just way too much, I mean people on Twitter and Reddit already go on disclosed AI content all the time just to hate on it and call it "AI SLOP". As a creator, if I were to publish a project that I worked really hard on and I used AI to help me, I would be scared to admit it.

A lot of people would just reduce the project to "AI slop", probably dismiss all the work that did go towards the project and just be overall negative towards the entire thing. It's practically shooting yourself in the foot just to please the AI-policing crowd so they can police you and call you out for using AI.

I've seen how extreme this whole AI-policing situation has become, where even people who don't use AI such as artists have gotten accused of using AI for no reason really and had to defend themselves. It's getting to a point where it makes me think that some people don't even care about AI, they just want to police others. (Not everyone, I know everyone is different and I know some people genuinely do just want more transparency.)

Thoughts? I'm looking forward to (hopefully) respectful discussions, whether you agree or not.

"WHY DOESN'T THE 170+ YEAR OLD WOMAN FIGHTING DEMONS IN THE AFTERLIFE HAVE GLOSSY GLOWING SKIN AND MAKEUP ON LIKE THE CHARACTERS FROM PORN??" SHUT THE FUCK UP

When did people start automatically dismissing a game because the character wasn't "goonified" enough for them?? While I'm not super hyped for this game, it does look great and I genuinely couldn't care less about what she looks like? (She looks exactly like what I envisioned? Did people expect Kratos to be married to an 18 year old pornstar?)

Feel like this post summarizes KSI's recent behavior perfectly lmao

Seems like the Sidemen just silently rebranding and not making it a big deal is making him so desperate to make this bigger than it is. It's pathetic

I fucking HATE third-party launchers. These were created as a sick joke by Satan himself to inflict emotional harm upon humans. JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAME

Why the fuck do I have to go through MULTIPLE layers of clicking Play just so I can play the game?? Why the extra effort to create a buggy mess that doesn't even let you play the game, STEAM ALREADY DOES THAT FOR YOU. AND UNLIKE YOURS IT FUCKING WORKS TOO

Returning player from 2020: why does the game feel slower/sluggish now?

So this sub popped up on my feed a few weeks ago, which led to me playing this game again. I've been playing a bit for the past week (I have about 800 hours total and my peak was about 2100 ELO back then, not saying that makes me great or anything but if it was simply just a lack of skill I feel like I would know) and the game just feels so much "heavier"?

The input delays are very noticeable and my characters feel so much heavier and slow to move around than I remember. I don't know if I'm just having bad memory and the game has always been like this or if it's something noticed around the community? (If this is a repost sorry! I haven't really read many posts here yet, but I should.)

Basically the game feels much slower paced and dare I say somehow even more passive than before (it was already bad in 2020 iirc). Probably won't bother properly returning to this game because of this, but just wanted to know what others think?

Why didn't Homelander pledge his unwavering support and loyalty to Israel?

For an entire season dedicated to being a satire on Trump and his MAGA movement how can one of the key factors in this presidency just be forgotten like this?
