So I know this topic has been probably discussed to death but I checked a few threads and couldn't find anyone mention this:

I don't really get what Gordon's problem was? Like yeah his outrage was embarrassing and he deserved to be disqualified, but I mean before that, the conversation right before the outrage was basically:

Gordon: "First nominee and why?"

Joseph: "Tony, we sat down as a group and decided"

Gordon: "You idiot, answer the question"

And then we all know what happens, but I don't really understand, to me this sounds like a pretty good answer? The reason he was nominated because they sat down as a group and decided he's the one to get nominated because he's dragging the team down or whatever, it sounds like a decent answer to me.

Was this just the show knowing this guy is on the verge of snapping at any moment and trying to push him to snap for good television or was his answer just that bad and I'm missing the point? Is there more that happened behind the scenes that we didn't see on TV?

Interested to hear your guys' opinions. I'm not sure about the best dish, but when it comes to the worst, Lynn's dessert has to be up there

Hallo alle! Ich hatte am Dienstag meine erste Fahrprüfung und habe leider nicht bestanden, was für mich ziemlich unerwartet war. Mein Fahrlehrer meinte schon seit meiner 3. Fahrstunde, dass ich es locker schaffen sollte, und zusätzlich bin ich auch privat mit dem L-Taferl gefahren. Aber gut, erster Versuch, Nervosität, dumme Fehler, nochmal probieren.

Mich würden aber eure Erfahrungen interessieren: Hattet ihr das Gefühl, dass es sich von Prüfer zu Prüfer stark unterscheidet?

Bei meiner Prüfung habe ich einmal etwas härter bei einer Ampel gebremst, die zum 4. Mal grün geblinkt hat und dann gelb wurde. Definitiv ein dummer Fehler, ich hatte einfach Angst, während der Prüfung über Gelb zu fahren. Ich dachte mir direkt: „Jap, da ist der erste schwere Fehler.“

Danach durfte ich allerdings die komplette Strecke fahren und sogar noch die Parkübungen machen, weshalb ich dachte, dass ich bestanden hätte.

Am Ende meinte der Prüfer aber, meine Fahrt sei extrem schlecht gewesen. Die Bremsung sei so gefährlich gewesen, dass er dafür direkt zwei schwere Fehler eingetragen hat. Meine Blicke seien schlecht gewesen, meine Spurwechsel nicht ordentlich usw. Es kam eigentlich so rüber, als hätte ich fast alles falsch gemacht und wäre überhaupt nicht fürs Fahren geeignet.

Ich will damit nicht sagen: „Eigentlich habe ich bestanden und der Prüfer wollte mich nur abzocken.“ Die Fahrt war nicht perfekt und die Bremsung war definitiv mein Fehler. Trotzdem war ich überrascht, weil sowohl meine Fahrlehrer als auch meine Familie, mit der ich privat gefahren bin, bisher immer meinten, dass ich ganz ok fahre. Nach dem Feedback des Prüfers ist meine Selbstsicherheit beim Fahren natürlich erstmal ziemlich gesunken.

Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen? Zum Beispiel beim ersten Versuch einen extrem strengen Prüfer gehabt, bei dem gefühlt nichts gepasst hat, und bei einem späteren Versuch mit einem anderen Prüfer war plötzlich alles viel entspannter ?

I've seen some people claim that AI-content should be labelled, personally I don't find that too bad of an idea and I'm mostly pro-AI myself.

But today, if I were a creator there is nothing that would convince me to disclose any AI use in my project, regardless of how little or how large of a role AI played in the project. I absolutely don't blame anyone these days for not disclosing AI use.

The hostility when it comes to AI is just way too much, I mean people on Twitter and Reddit already go on disclosed AI content all the time just to hate on it and call it "AI SLOP". As a creator, if I were to publish a project that I worked really hard on and I used AI to help me, I would be scared to admit it.

A lot of people would just reduce the project to "AI slop", probably dismiss all the work that did go towards the project and just be overall negative towards the entire thing. It's practically shooting yourself in the foot just to please the AI-policing crowd so they can police you and call you out for using AI.

I've seen how extreme this whole AI-policing situation has become, where even people who don't use AI such as artists have gotten accused of using AI for no reason really and had to defend themselves. It's getting to a point where it makes me think that some people don't even care about AI, they just want to police others. (Not everyone, I know everyone is different and I know some people genuinely do just want more transparency.)

Thoughts? I'm looking forward to (hopefully) respectful discussions, whether you agree or not.

So this sub popped up on my feed a few weeks ago, which led to me playing this game again. I've been playing a bit for the past week (I have about 800 hours total and my peak was about 2100 ELO back then, not saying that makes me great or anything but if it was simply just a lack of skill I feel like I would know) and the game just feels so much "heavier"?

The input delays are very noticeable and my characters feel so much heavier and slow to move around than I remember. I don't know if I'm just having bad memory and the game has always been like this or if it's something noticed around the community? (If this is a repost sorry! I haven't really read many posts here yet, but I should.)

Basically the game feels much slower paced and dare I say somehow even more passive than before (it was already bad in 2020 iirc). Probably won't bother properly returning to this game because of this, but just wanted to know what others think?

For an entire season dedicated to being a satire on Trump and his MAGA movement how can one of the key factors in this presidency just be forgotten like this?
