₹2K budget — should I get an IEM or Apple USB-C EarPods?

Hello guys!

I have around ₹2,000 budget and I’m confused between getting another IEM or just buying the Apple USB-C EarPods.

For some context, I’ve used IEMs before. My main IEM was the Tangzu Wan’er SG, and I also had the KZ Castor Pro Harman as a secondary pair.

I actually went pretty deep into the IEM setup with the Wan’er — I bought an Audiocular DAC, Audiocular cable and different eartips trying to get the most out of it. But honestly, I never got that “wow, this is completely different” experience that I was expecting.

At that time, I was using a pretty old Android phone (around 2019), and I used to listen to FLAC/lossless music through USB Audio Player and similar apps. So I’m wondering if part of the problem was my source/setup, or if I simply don’t enjoy IEMs as much as I thought I would.

Now I’ve switched to an iPhone 17 Pro, so my usage is going to be much simpler. I’ll mainly use them for daily music listening, Apple Music, videos, etc. I probably won’t be focusing heavily on FLAC/lossless anymore, although I might try it occasionally.

Currently, I have the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro, and honestly, I really like them. Especially the bass. So if I get an IEM, I definitely want something that doesn’t sound thin and has enjoyable bass.
So with a ₹2K budget, what would you guys recommend?

Should I:
● Get a new IEM under ₹2K?
● Just get the Apple USB-C EarPods for the convenience and simplicity?
● Or is there another option I should consider?

Also, considering that I already have the Nord Buds 3 Pro, would an IEM around ₹2K actually give me a noticeable upgrade, or would it just be different rather than better?

Looking for good perfume clone/alternative houses in India under ₹500–₹1000

Hey guys,

I’m looking for good designer and niche perfume alternatives/clones available in India, preferably in the ₹500–₹1000 range.
I already know about brands like Arabian Aroma, Celestial Perfumes and TM Perfume House, so I’m looking for some other Indian houses/sellers that are actually worth trying.

I’m mainly interested in clones of fragrances from brands like:
Dior
YSL
Chanel
Creed
Tom Ford
JPG
LV
etc.

I don’t necessarily need a 1:1 clone, but I want something with good similarity + decent performance + good value for money

If possible, please mention:
Brand/house name
Clone name → Original perfume
Price
Where to buy
Approx. similarity
Performance/longevity

Also, please suggest underrated/smaller Indian houses if you know any. I’m trying to discover brands beyond the usual Arabian Aroma/Celestial/TM options.
Thanks!

3+ years of NEET prep and I still can’t make myself study. Can I even recover now?

Bhai honestly I don’t even know what I’m doing anymore. I need some genuine advice.

I was a COVID batch student and barely went to school from 7th–9th. I got around 70% in both 10th and 12th.

After 10th, I decided to prepare for NEET and moved to another city for coaching.

11th me Allen join kiya but I basically didn’t study. 12th me Allen ki 12-hour batch li, but same story. Class jata tha, but class ke andar/baad games, web series, phone etc. me time nikal deta tha.

12th 2025 me pass ki around 70% ke saath.

NEET 2025: 112 marks.

Gharwalo ne drop lene ko bola, so I took a drop.

First drop me Unacademy join kiya, but honestly sirf July-August ke around properly coaching gaya. Uske baad jana hi chhod diya. 2025 me meri didi ki shaadi bhi thi, usme bhi kuch months chale gaye.

Phir khud se preparation karne ki try kari but consistency nahi bani.

NEET 2026: ~180 marks.
Re-NEET: ~122 marks.

I’m General category.

Ab maine phir se drop liya hai and joined Allen again. Batch around 13–14 July 2026 se start hui thi.

And the embarrassing part is…

Batch start hone ke baad se maine class ke baad ghar aake books/notes properly khole hi nahi hain.

Literally.

Class attend karta hu, ghar aata hu, phone use karta hu, aur din khatam.

Mere basics bhi completely fucked hain. Abhi Chemistry me IUPAC chal raha hai aur mujhe woh bhi properly samajh nahi aa raha because 11th ka base hi clear nahi hai.

I know people will say “bas padhne baith ja” and I know I should study. Problem ye hai ki mujhe genuinely padhne ka mann hi nahi karta.

It’s been like this for years now.

I have already wasted 3+ years preparing for NEET without actually preparing properly, and I’m scared that I’ll waste this drop too.

So I want some actual advice from people who understand NEET:

• Should I completely restart 11th from zero?
• Ya current Allen syllabus ke saath chalu rakhu and prerequisites side-by-side cover karu?
• Itna weak base hone ke baad realistically recover kaise karu?
• Sabse important: how do I actually start studying when I have zero urge to study?
• Should I stop worrying about backlog and just focus on building a daily routine first?
• And honestly, is it still possible to get a decent score if I genuinely start now?

Please don’t tell me “12-14 hours padh bro” or “you have to sacrifice everything.” I already know that.

I want to know what you would actually do if you were in my position right now.

If you need more information about my current situation, schedule, marks, etc., ask me. I’ll answer honestly.

Lenovo G580 (2012) takes 8–10 minutes to boot even after multiple Windows resets. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue with my 2012 Lenovo G580.

-:Specs:

-Intel Core i3-3110M (3rd Gen)

-10GB DDR3 RAM (8GB + 2GB)

-500GB SATA SSD (Windows installed on SSD)

-Intel HD Graphics 4000

-Windows 10 Pro

-:Upgrades I've done:

-Replaced the original HDD with a 500GB SSD

-Upgraded RAM from 2GB to 10GB

-Removed the old HDD (currently using only the SSD)

The problem: The laptop works perfectly for a few days after a fresh Windows reset, but then it gradually becomes very slow again.

Takes 8–10 minutes to boot

Apps open very slowly

Sometimes Disk Usage jumps to 100%

CPU and RAM usage stay normal most of the time

-:I've already:

-Reset Windows twice

-Removed unnecessary startup apps

At this point I'm not sure if the issue is with the SSD, motherboard, SATA controller, or something else.

What would i check next?
