Please guide us for Tungnath
Ok so, we're group of 4 buddies from haridwar and we're planning for Tungnath. And we are via 2 two wheelers. And plan to leave early tomorrow like (5-6) at max and then reach chopta before EOD. And then start the treck day after tomorrow early morning, and then return back on Sunday.
What should we keep in mind towards the journey? And please guide us on the expense part as well. Like what to do. What not to do. Where should we prefer to stay/ eat and have a comfortable journey. And if anybody have the information regarding the stay in chopta or nearby. It'll be very helpful as well. Thankyou

And this problem has been from long now, the cursor is moving for a while and it just stops doing so randomly and works for another few seconds again.
What could be the problem for this stutter?
Earlier used to happen only in summers. I got a cooling pad, changed the thermal paste but it did not happen for almost a month now.
What can I do in here? This stutter happens so randomly and is seriously so annoying. Please help

For context, I had a fracture in my wrist recently and was far from any kinda workout for couple of months. Got back on track just a month back. And today it was Legs.
I was in a hurry today so, cut down the warm-up time by half and God I wish I shouldn't have done that. This is what I learnt today. Always Always Always stretch your body before a workout especially when lower back is in account.
Earlier used to hit 100-110kg squats pretty comfortably (prior to the wrist injury phase) since I'm back and now lifting gradually. Last 2 Legs sessions went well in the past two week. And today I started with 40 as usual and did 15 reps of it.
Then when I moved to 60, I did them pretty comfortably as well. I was sure my form was correct.
But but but, I think I'm wrong. My back started hurting like hell and just sat there on a bench for 10-15 minutes but it did not get any better.
Asked the trainer about it. He advised to try hyper extension if possible, I did like 8-10 reps of it and it seriously did not get any better. Then I just got home now, applied balm and have been lying like this on my back from half and hour.
Anybody would like to give me some advice on how to proceed with it? I'd like to visit a doc if the pain continues till morning making me sure that it's not a regular muscular spasm.
