reuters.comRuhi Çenet: Turkish YouTuber explains why he attended a crowded wedding after returning from hantavirus-stricken cruise
Ok so this guy is named Ruhi Çenet. So everyone knows about the Hantavirus. To be more specific, it is the Andes Hantavirus, which is the one that you can transmit from person to person. All the other ones you get from getting exposed to a large amount of mice crap. It has been on the news lately because of how deadly it is. 30-60 percent death rate. It also seems to have a long incubantion rate but thankfully it seems it is only spreadable when symptoms are showing. Do i think you should cancel whatever travel plans you have in the near future? No not necessarily . Yes it is scary, but i think it is very unlikely that you will catch it.

However to be fair to him and to give him the benefit of a doubt, he claims that he had no knowledge of the disease and the news of it didn't hit at the he attended the wedding. He attended the wedding at May 3rd if anyone asks. Plus, this is a rare disease so it is reasonable to assume he wouldn't have known.
