A video of me starting from scratch and trying to build an Ark before the next flood event arrives! (the timer) Building an Ark in the Dark Days is the Defensive way to win in Sword and Stones, and starts the Victory Timer!

In S&S you are the ruler of a small group of survivors after a great flood wiped all civilisation from the map . You must lead your people and build a mighty kingdom worth defending! Solo- co-op modes, full on competitive pvp 2+ multiplayer games with (mostly) simultaneous play.

For this solo play through using only the starter set i chose the 'Before the Flood game mode on Easy. Despite 3 werm attacks and serious disease spread, i managed to build nearly every building the Dark Days, including the Ark and an small army to defend it with!

Oh and found two mystery crates -Lucky Ring and a Flying Carpet :D

This video condenses 1.5 hours of gameplay into 1.5 mins! The Ark foundation was placed on turn 33! So each turn takes less than 5 mins each. Dont be scared of the turn number, its not warhammer lol.

Free STL models for a complete print and play miniatures kingdom building game?

For the past few years ive been designing a tabletop game based of my love for age of empires and kingdom building rts games.

Its got Pve, Full pvp. solo - co op - 2+ competitive multiplayer game modes, fantasy elements (sorry you historical puritans, fantasy is funner lol, plus dragons and zombies). You can't block enemy units with building foundations, and i always wanted more different buildings in AOE so ive made sure to include 30 different buildings, all with their unique roll.

Its a long game (4+ hours), so if you're after a quick one, just play catan instead :P. Hardcore gamers only!

I made something i (and my friends) absolutely adore and to make it real, and to continue to make the rest of the fantasy races (and the minis to go with them) I need your support on Gamefound. However, i cant complete with the ultra fast micro clickers that wins online games, and plus im a bit of a luddite, so, Swords and Stones - a miniatures RTS wargame for the tabletop was born!

What kinda things do you expect for a RTS game for the tabletop? What are some things you wish you could change or do in age of empires that you cant?

Swords and Stones is launching on Gamefound at the end of the month, and im an unknown creator part of my strategy is giving away the starter set model STL set on the Sword and Stone Studios website (if any of you have a resin printer). No external links posted as per admin requires so you'll have to google the Swords and Stones Gamefound.

Basically made from my love of age of empires, tabletop gaming, and fantasy (because duh why wouldnt it be fantasy?!). Anyways, long story short - Swords and Stones is launching on Gamefound at the end of the month, and im an unknown creator part of my strategy is giving away the starter set model STL set.

So if you have a resin printer, you can literally print and play this game, with everything here. Ive got print instructions and the link all with the email thats automatically sent with the files.

Or, if you dont have a printer - you can still get the models just get the starter set with the models :)

If you can print your own you can save heaps and just get the starter box without the models (or like i said we can print them in house if youre not keen on printing your own!

Most models print straight to build plate, and very little supports needed! Buildings are hollowed and we have developed a "waffle" base pattern that allows for good adhesion (and removal) from the build plate.

Also included is the rulebook for beta playtesters, in a very good state! And yes the stockpile counter files are there too!
