Does anyone have knowledge of how to remove the inner door skin to add sound deadening?

I've got the door cards off nice and easy, and I can see there's a series of 10mm bolts holding the plastic inner door skin in place. I'd like to add sound deadening to the outer skin, but with the plastic in place I can only reach through the speaker hole.

Somewhere behind this plastic inner sheet there's the window motor and mechanism, I don't really want to remove the windows.

Does anyone know how to remove the inner plastic while leaving the window in place, or is it not possible? Last thing I want to do is pry the plastic back and find the motor is attached and smashed the window straight into the door cavity.

Just swapped out OEM woofers in my doors for some pioneer ones, saw people have wrapped closed cell foam around the speaker hole before mounting the new speaker so did the same, but didn't make a completely air tight seal - left space for wires and each of the screws.

Should I remount them with an airtight seal or is this nothing to worry about?

Installing Pioneer component speakers in a ford fiesta, but confused what to do with the tweeters

Some sources say that the fiesta has crossover already built in, and I need to remove the old OEM wiring crossovee and change to new crossover

Some sources say to leave the OEM wiring alone, and to run a new crossover from the woofer to the new tweeter

Which one is correct and WHY? Don't want to put everything in and find out I get no audio to the tweeters because I've added a crossover to the low side of the OEM crossover and cut most of the signal.

Anyone else find the steam sale a bit weak this year? Kinda disappointed.

I can't work out what DLC I'm actually missing as I had the season pass and all the dlc at one point but now I allegedly need to spend £50 to get back to complete. Seems like too much to be honest, hockenheim not going on sale is surprising, I really don't think tracks are worth £6 each sorry.

I need to use some infrared goggles for a short period of time - 4 or 5 hours over a week. I just need to see what I'm doing, I don't need high fidelity, so I thought the quest might be suitable. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to stop light leaking out from the bottom around the nose? I've seen the nose pad things on eBay and Amazon, just wondering how good they are?
