Did I mess up?
I got confused by my dogs medication and I think I've been giving to much. The instructions say "Carprofen chew (25 mg)" "Give 0.5 tablets of Carprofen (25mg) every 12 hours for ten days" her papers also said to give 25mg, and the pills say 25mg on them aswell. So I assume thats the amount I'm supposed to give i questioned the .5 and wondered if I was supposedto split the pill but because everything said 25mg I questioned myself. I realized today there isn't enough for six more days and I probably messed up bad, it's been four days. I'm gonna start splitting them but im wondering if she needs to be seen/if the extra amount will harm her. Im gonna call the vet in the morning but it's currently 1 am and im paranoid

Got her from a family member who was upset their "tea cup pom" ended up weighing 16 pounds... Geuss now they'll know why
Was given this girl seven years ago because her owners were mad about her size. They now own a neurotic maltipoo (also sold as a teacup) twice her size instead of my couch potato so I geuss just deserts. Always thought she was a "throw back pom" but decided to get her tested due to a variety of reasons, and would you look at that.

Poodle or doodle?
Just adopted this lil guy. He definitely acts like a poodle and, well, look at him. His tail is docked aswell so I assume he was bred by someone on purpose. The rescue says they weren't sure, he was found in bad condition and an owner never came forward. His stomach hair is pretty straight and soft and the rest of his hair feels normal poodle, I think his snout is a bit wide but it might just be me.

Honestly just curious, in my experience the two poms I've had hated cuddling. They like to exist in my space, under my bed or by my feet, but hated cuddling up next to me.

Is it bad etiquette to cancel with a breeder?
Basically we were planning to purchase a poodle puppy and were put on a wait list for a litter planned in the fall. Haven't payed a despot or anything yet but still. A couple weeks a later I found a mini poodle for adoption, for some context I really do just like looking at the puppies lol. I usually just turn off locations and look at dogs far away from me so im not tempted to get them. This boy just happened to also be in texas (though a few hours away) and fit well... every box we wanted checked. He's good with cats, other dogs, kids ect. Just the size we wanted, and I fell in love with him after watchinga few vids attached to his profile. However I want to purchase another dog from this breeder one day, and don't want to leave a bad taste in her mouth or just screw her over in general. Would she understand that I decided to rescue or should I just not go through with it.

I hate how this sub is just becoming Twitter
Uh I hate shipping culture, uh I hate gooners, uh I hate people who hate gooners, uh I hate people who do *insert terminally online thing no one with a job or life has heard about* everyone is acting 14, they probably are tbh. This sub started as a way to hate on your least fav fictional character, now it's hating on terminally online slop. Same damn thing everytime I can't ever escape the bird app.
