Pre-lasik evaluation is not the same in every clinic

So my LASIK clinic did not do dilated refraction for me. I asked why. They said they only do it for hyperopes. Imagine you had pseudomyopia and they do lasik for your eyes.

The fact that lasik industry does not have standardized evaluations means that the customer must know what examinations are required for a proper assessment.

I read online that central sensitization includes general hypersensitivity.

For me, discontinuing my previous medication (not related to pain) caused general hypersensitivity to supplements, medications, etc. This happened 10 months before the pain event.

My pain event was a minor trauma but the pain never went away and actually increased during the first 1-2 months. This might be CRPS but I am not officially diagnosed. Since then the pain and hypersensitivity have stayed the same for 6 months.
