A few Fridays a year Bandcamp will waive their fees for artists, thus if you buy music then the artist keeps the whole share (or their shady label). These are what I got which are mostly dissonant death metal and they're at pretty good prices too.
Unmaker23 asked me to make a palette swap for a couple of Doom 64 enemies to get them closer looking to their classic counterparts. Since I could only edit the palettes and not the sprites themselves, there were some limits! Unmaker23 ended up editing the sprites a bit too.
Here they are: https://www.moddb.com/games/doom-64/addons/d64classicrecolored
A buddy of mine is looking for help with VPW64 modding. I am not too familiar how to mod it myself, but if there is interest here I can get you connected to him!
Here's his posts on the project:

Ok updated my firmware and gave the new screenshot system a go! Pretty cool and some interesting results in practice.
So first I immediately see another use case for wifi when exporting screenshots. Seems like a no brainer to have that be able to send and receive these files rather than managing your SD card which is a bit cumbersome. Screenshots save to a folder on your sd card called gallery and then you either have "screenshots" or "4k exports" if you've used that menu option. I noticed it definitely takes some processing power to process each screenshot into 4k and what's cool is you have the option to save out in any of hte 4 display modes along with any changes to the filters you'd like to do. One update I'd love to see is more meta data in the exported files. Right now it tells you if it's HDR or not int he filename but you don't really havea way of knowing what is BMV, PVM, CRT, etc other than pure memory.
What I've done here is saved it three ways to compare. 4k, 4k HDR, and the default. Screenshots are in that order for each image. I also added one 4k export of the BMV for comparison at the end if anyone would like to see one with scanlines. I typically play in Clean mode though.
I'd imagine the display makes a difference here when viewing so not sure how to compare or know what's good or bad . I'm also not sure if Reddit is compressing these as the file sizes vary a bit for each. I'm using a Gigabyte G27Q. To my eyes the 4k image looks the best whereas the HDR kind of washed things out most of the time. But again that could be my display. And then strangely screenshots saved out seems to save in a stretched widescreen ratio which is odd because it looks great in the Analogue OS in thumbnails and in full screen.
Speaking of the OS I'm not sure if this is new or not but I just discovered you can now press up and down over each game to cycle through memories (savestates) and screenshots. That's pretty slick. You can also right trigger over to the main gallery where you can view them in all their full screen glory. From there you can export the images in 4k like I mentioned before.
Overall super cool update and not sure how often I'll view these on my PC but I love having the option for sharing online like this for when I do. I hope we seen more game content here since Analogue is making it easier for us :) I do wonder if an export over wifi is coming though 👀
Oh one last thing. Saving screenshots with 1 button is fantastic on the 8bit. On the Pocket I like taking screenshots as well but I swear I forget how every damn time and fumble around hitting different combos until I finally figure it out haha.
I use a HORI TAC Pro which gets recognized as a controller and I also use a mouse. This seems to cause Returnal to think I am switching input methods very rapidly (keyboard vs controller), so it makes a lot of clicking sounds as heard in this video: https://youtu.be/if_wWGkX1Rw?si=nk9f1uroBbTW84jU&t=157
Is there a way to disable this sound? I have a decade of Doom modding, so if I cant do it in-game, I don't mind learning how to extracting the asset, muting it, and modding the game.
Any ideas and help are appreciated!

Look at how well Beyond Creation play live! Around this time they were touring with Origin and King Parrot. I was buying some merch and talking with the Origin bassist Mike Flores when Beyond Creation's set was just starting. I hadn't heard about them before, but they started with that bass solo in the Aura just as in the video! I turned immediately around trying to figure out what was going on. Mike Flores told me that's a fretless bass up there. My eyesight kinda sucks so of course I had to get up to the stage and enjoy their set. Been a fan since then!
Last year a driver fell to sleep and hit me head on while I was driving my old Cooper. You can in the second pic it was totaled. Just after I spent a couple thousand getting various maintenance and fixes on it too! The doctors told me I was lucky to not be any more injured than I was. My wife believed that the Cooper did a good job in protecting me, so I have been eager to get one again.
Then last month the insurance payments came though and I was able to get another Cooper (first pic)! It's only a couple years old (the newest car I ever owned). My wife is happy to see me in one again too. Also I am 95% healed up as well. So it really feels like I am living the good life right now! Now more than ever I am making sure to enjoy when times are good.
I would like to add this album to a playlist on the bandcamp mobile app: https://exlimitir.bandcamp.com/album/it-weighed-itself-in-silver
It won't let anyone buy it anymore, so how do I do this?

A couple of new Doom 64 style maps have been released!
