This run wasn't so bad but my god having both Pulchra AND Billy in the same room is crazy.
Took some trial and error and eventually found the best way to deal with Pulchra is to use Norma skill and pray to RNGesus that Billy spams his bike moves to build up daze most efficiently.
I did get some other 40k runs that 'looked' better (parried all attacks) but I got the highest score AND a clean wipeout screen in this run.
M0W1 Banyue, M1W1 Lucia, M0W0 Norma
Banyue can stun lock the ethereals in wave 1 by just using basic attacks, making sure they're grouped up. Stun one of them before the other to get 2 Banyue chains so that they get killed faster.
Isolde fight is the same as ever, build up Rage meter and watch out for her smoke/teleport move so that you don't waste Dialyn 3rd EX or ult during it.
Before I get dogpiled, I know that using an electric attack team on an electric resistant anomaly boss isn't the brightest move, but when you only have Piper and Burnice as your anomaly agents, kinda have to accept your fate and brute force the Brute.
Regardless, I've brute forced alot of endgame before, but have never felt a hp increase this steep before, even though Brute was in the last SD rotation and was relatively easy to clear with any attack team.
I did get 34,434 score in another run (got 4 stuns but each stun rotation was super janky), but this one I feel like I played alot better in.
I also learnt how to do the second Lion's Roar instantly after One's Path during stun window, rather than letting the animation play out, so this run was mostly a proof of concept for myself.
M0W1 Banyue and M0W0 Lucia & Dialyn
The only RNG check I had was killing at least 2 of the summons at the start, after that it's time to dunk on Argenti.
Reminded me of those cliche high school movie scenes where the jock shoulder checks the nerd
Despite the consensus of Phainon being unusable below E2, the Action Value Obliterator is still good at E0, provided that RNGesus is watching over you.
I'll have my team in the comments
I think Reddit nuked my quality so here's the YouTube: https://youtu.be/02eOsQhmKBg?is=YVttyDMxOAg9ZiNA
Sorry buddy but that E2 or Cerydra is not happening, put in another shift at the torture factory
Funny wipeout screen I got that looks like Banyue slapping Thrall hard on the back of the head
Second wave with the giant elite had me going through some trial and error and I ran multiple runs solely to learn the control phase for Aria, but room 2 isn't that bad of a matchup for Banyue.
4 cost team
Had to triple check if this was the most recent DA as I do the same rotation for every Thrall fight and my gameplay was near identical to previous versions.
Brute forcing endgame (especially anomaly shill) is genuinely so much fun, I look at the buffs and know I'm still running my Seed/Banyue teams regardless.
'Go my Banyue, vaporise that goober in room 2 with fire res'
Overall, this rotation was pretty easy but with Remielle on the horizon, anomaly shill will reach unprecedented levels.
Ignore the score, this is a proof of concept run.
Very easy (and fun) rotation to pull off and seems more viable in Shiyu defence as you typically deal most of your damage in the first stun.
Third time in a row the discipline of Homeless Emperor is in rotation, Notorious Marionette is always a pain to fight and I am NOT fighting that first boss again with no anomaly team.
Surprisingly, I didn't feel like the boss had a lot of health or was that difficult.
It was the disciples of satan in the first wave that were forcing me to reset. The intimidator (ranged) would always be in Timbuktu while the enforcer (melee) would warp behind me, so they would never group up.
Also got a nice screenshot during the run so that's a plus.
New SD but same bosses. I like the fights (not you, Manato) but there needs to be a greater variety of bosses as the fights get boring and predictable.
Having Manato and Isolde in back to back SD feels like having squatters in your home.
