First period after abortion

So so far the actual period isn’t bad I believe my second period will be the bad one like the previous time but my hormones on the other hand are extreme, and I am really off, I’ve made a lot of mistakes at work I’ve been super emotional and very down on myself I have no confidence I feel like I’m so ugly my acne is bad I have extreme anxiety I’m on edge I’m overwhelmed asf.. like I keep having breakdowns and I’m super inpatient with anything I do, I’ve been in a annoyed mood at work when customers come in and also just exhausted. But I can’t sleep. I litterly can’t sleep. My ocd is also triggered.

3 weeks of working at new job

I’ve worked at my new job for about 3 weeks now, today one of the workers gave their friends free meals, and I confronted him as I was on my way out let him know he needs to start having them pay, and after his excuses I Let him know know I was made aware of the past times he has done it and told him I was to watch out for that since this has happened before and he’s been confronted about it previously many times, (as this is his one millionth time time doing it.)He told me that he promises it’s the last time. I said all of this in a not super stern way or anything and as I’m also trying to slow my way into managing them, since I’m new but still letting him know not to do it, and I’m in the loop so he can’t use the excuses with me, I’ve also sent messages to the group chat about things to get done as inspections are around the corner and their a lot of things that need to change , all my managers and some other coworkers agree I’m doing well and they appreciate how much I’ve been helping. I’m sure word will get around about how people can’t trust to do things like giving out free food and stuff around me bc I’ll hold them accountable. My last job I was there since opening so it was easier. I’m new and everyone sees themself as superiors and the such since they have been there longer. I try my best to not care, and just tell myself it’s my job to hold people accountable wether they like it or not, but I don’t want everyone to feel like I’m against them, I’m not I’m just trying to follow the rules and help the place get better as past managers have failed to be able to get any of them to listen so, any advice for people who are newer to a place while trying to integrate managing them as I’ve been told to manage them already and the such. Only nice reply’s back please 🥲

Responding to awkward customers

So where I work we get a lot of older people coming in, or just people in general who start talking and most of what they say doesn’t really make any sense. And I also get customers who joke in like very serious ways that u don’t really know how to respond to. And a lot of the time some of the convos just feel so awkward cause im unsure of what to fully say back😂 anyone else get customers like that?? And how do you respond?

Health inspections / and steritech

What is some stuff that you got docked points on that you thought was stupid, or just things you got docked on before. I know with steritech they’re strict and also sometimes inconsistent with some things! Just curious and also just trying find all the little things to make sure to look out for.

Sanitation buckets

Hello everyone, I’m a new manager at my place , it’s an old location and also a franchise so they aren’t quick to just “buy new”. The sanatorium buckets don’t have the word Sanatation anymore it’s worn off, sharpie washes off, is there anything that would stay on there or should we should write it on it contantly?

Tiles on ceiling

Hii, I’m not sure if this is for this sub or not but I’m a new manager at this place and I was told they have tried to get this off the ceiling but have had no luck. I’m assuming it’s building up from the steamers we have it kind of flows in the direction, it’s hard to see in this photo, but does anyone perhaps know any better way to clean/ get this off ?

Anyone remember these?

I forgot all about these until I ran across them searching a different Poptart up. I have slight memories of eating them.

Nothing will ever beat these.

Gingerbread Poptarts. Nothing will ever beat these!!!💔 i remember literally praying to get the gingerbread house…. Not to mention it tasted just SOOOO good. Every year my grandma would buy like 4-5 boxes the second she saw it so we would have some for a bit. Littlery would do anything to get these back 🥲

Hello everyone!! I just got a new job about a week ago, im in management position. With the plan of becoming a agm here once im more trained to the store. I was a shift manager at my last job, although i was there when they opened so i never had the issue of trying to be a manager at a store im the newest at lol. And the people here tend to not listen to you i have heard lol so I was wondering if anyone had any tips on being a a new person thats in a management position? And also just some good ways to get people who are very reluctant to listening to listen, especially when ur newer than them to the place!! I already do more than 99% of the employees here just in the first week so far so, im trying my best! I want to help this place get cleaner , better scores and all of that. If yall have any tips with this that would be amazing!

Wingstop is a horrible company

Worked there for about a year as a shift manager, the company is horrible and only cares about money. Could no longer stand for how things were going. Ask me anything.

Having a different body, that reacts horrible after abortions.

Psa: this is my body and the regular body this isn’t normal if you are having this go to the er or call ur doctor pls ❤️ If I said this without prefacing how I have issues and my bodies just like this, I would get loads of comments telling me that I need to go to the er now. Iva already spoken to the doctor. My uterine lining is thicker than it’s supposed to be, and I’ve always had HEAVY cramps and heavy bleeding during periods and the first abortion I had I also got heaving bleeding, then after my first period after the first abortionI was filling 2 maxi pads within 2 mins and I poured blood all over the er’s floor with HUGEEE clots everytime I stood up huge clots even hand sized clots came out, I also completely soaked the whole hospital bed within 2 mins. They said it wasn’t anything to worry about. But I lost so much blood and huge clots I was barely conscious. But bc I have bad periods already they said it’s just normal for me bc my of my lining. This time around I’m 5 days post surgical abortion, and I’m pouring big clots out while at work and going threw my maxi pads like crazy, the first 2 days I had what the doctor said “contraction like cramps” which I had the first time as well. My cramps were so bad that they were on level with contractions. Again nothing they can do and they said the believe it’s normal for ME because that’s how my body just works. My bf is so worried bc of how bad my cramps are and how bad the bleeding and clots are I litterly bled all over the toilet and got blood and a clot on the floor at work int eh bathroom. For pain they wanted me on 800 mg of ibuprofen ever 4 hours on top of a bunch of Tylenol extra strength every 8 hours, it doesn’t touch the pain whastover. And that’s all they could do for me was say that and drink water and wait it out. But to the doctors based on my body is normal. Anyways now that I’ve cleared that no doctors will do anything bc they think it’s normal, I’m gonna rant on how I hate my body. I just started a new job and I really don’t want to fail this bc I’m trying to secure the assistant manager spot, and show them my skills and the such and my work ethic, but me barley making it through my shift yesteday bc I started pouring clots last second and had to waddle to bathroom and took so long bc I had to clean my mess up is so annoying, I just want it to be over with so I can work well. I’m curious if anyone else has had it bad, that is not someone who’s was abnormal bc this reaction is “normal” to my body. I have suspected endometriosis based on ultrasounds and my past ever since I started my period. 🥲 I felt like death the past 5 days I’m ready for this to be over with fkkkk.
