Coverup by Vic Tamian of Victory Tattoo NYC, Gramercy

The guy who did the first tattoo should be shot!!! How could you do this to someone?! Apparently it was supposed to be an eye with her son’s portrait looking out of it? She got this done at the tattoo convention in Secaucus NJ, from someone who was a guest artist. She didn’t get his name or the shop’s name. Thankfully it covered and healed nicely.
