Binding Vow: Granite Grandeur

A blast of pure cursed energy capable of leveling an entire city.

It requires a full 3 minutes of casting + chants, and the amount of cursed energy it gathers makes it extremely noticeable. If the caster is interrupted even for a second while casting, the cursed energy will backfire on his body and more than likely kill them. IF by some reason, you're able to finish casting, the blast contains enough energy to kill anything, and enough range to maybe even level tokyo (I don't know how big that is so take it with a grain of salt). After the blast is launched, the user will be stunned for 2 minutes and unable to used cursed energy for a week
