Follow along Flexibility Plan
I’m looking for recommendations for follow along videos for flexibility progression and your insights on what worked best for you.
I’ve got ADHD and it’s hard to stick to routines, it helps if I have a visual path to follow and YouTube is overwhelming!
I have basic flexibility/mobility down, but working towards poses like splits, backbends, etc. is where I am struggling. A training plan towards these poses that I can follow everyday or weekly is what I am hoping for.
