What could happen if Superman (Clark Kent/Kal-El) from Earth-Prime encountered DC’s Lucifer? In this scenario, Lucifer has come to Earth and specifically visited Metropolis.

Do you ever wish you had been born into a more loving, kind, compassionate, and financially secure family?

One thing I dislike about life is that you never get a choice in the circumstances you're born into or the people you're surrounded by while growing up. It's almost like starting a video game with completely random RNG and having no control over your starting conditions.

For example, someone who never cared much about social bonding in the past suddenly begins to crave meaningful connections and starts prioritizing spending time with other people.

Another example would be someone who had no interest in playing video games and only enjoyed watching movies or TV shows, but later develops a genuine interest in gaming.

What psychological factors can explain these kinds of changes? Why do people's interests, motivations, or priorities sometimes shift so dramatically over time? Or are changes like these so dependent on an individual's unique circumstances that it's difficult to give a definitive explanation?
