I’m getting like 20fps in battles with more than 10 enemies on screen on both balanced and performance.
Only started since the last update 1.13.00
- she's forwarding a notice to a Brazil costumer protection agency with regards to the announcement;
- she understands it is problematic that consumers actually pay extra for consoles with disc drives and yet no more discs will be produced;
- she understands that Sony needs to be investigated in case they plan to announce some future game which may be digital only and is used as a way to prop up sales of digital-only consoles;
- she wants publishers to shed clarity on the ownership of digital media (although she is ignoring the fact that even physical media contains software that is merely licensed to the owner of the disc, same as with digital games), and how digital-only serves to strengthen each platform holder's own digital market;
- lastly, she displays concern over the possibilities of preserving video games considering how the big 3 are acting against those who would work on preservation and how more and more the consoles appear to only serve a purpose of selling subscriptions.
The episode where they cover GTA6 news is out on Patreon, when asked Rich says with the level of simulation on display there’s no way we are getting a 60fps performance mode.
Tom says he’s hoping for a 40fps 120hz mode on the PS5 Pro, but none of them think 60fps will be an option.
Would be awesome if we were to get FSR4 support which by all accounts is possible and is even suggested would run better than most GPUs out there about to receive FSR4.1 support:

This could make Series X more competitive with PS5 Pro’s PSSR upscaling and would squeeze more life out of the console in this time of skyrocketing prices.
I’m not gonna link to it I’m not sure I’m allowed here but you can find it easily, and lots more in that price range. The hardware pricing is not an excuse for Steam Machine being this expensive.
Nobody should be buying the Steam Machine until it drops to maybe $599 which is what I would pay for it tops. Even at that price it might be too much considering it is underperforming vs the PS5 which was $399 for digital 5 years ago..
