Advice for this starling

I made a post previously on this. Put it on other subs. THIS IS A WILD BIRD. NOT MY PET.

But, I haven’t gotten too many answers.

I have a starling with a potential RI, it’s coughing and sneezing in spurts a little too frequently throughout the day and night.

As you can see from the video though, it acts fine.

I found its best and siblings destroyed by rats in NYC. This was the only one that survived.

I’ve called almost every vet and rehabber in my area. All have declined care due to starlings being an invasive species here.

I did find an emergency vet that would take the bird in, but it’s incredibly expensive and I’m not sure it’s my only option.

Does anyone have advice on how I could give antibiotics with very precise dosing? Or other non medicating related methods to help him out?

Any ideas on what to do in my situation? (Sort of urgent)

Okay first of all, I know I should go to the vet and not ask Reddit for help. But I’m pretty desperate here.

Recently a nearly collapsed wall cavity was raided by a predator near my local bank, and one day making a Deposit I found a bunch of nestling starlings about to grow into fledglings.

The nest was doing well, until rats found it and ruined everything. Parents were nowhere to be found and babies were screaming, fleeing the nest. There were four before, but only two were found.

I was able to help out one of them. The other didn’t survive its injuries.

It’s a fully fledged fledgling now, and is eating vigorously. Very energetic and has definitely imprinted on me. Basically a pet.

Now onto the current situation:

The Starling is sneezing/coughing as shown in the video. Only on occasion in spurts during the day, but at night it’s more frequent.

I’ve been feeding it cut up superworms, crickets, Exact bird formula, and berries. Been very careful not to aspirate but I’m worried the formula may have been too goopy for a fledgling and it aspirated. Either that, or it has something.

I’ve tried calling rehabbers in my area and some down the island. (NYC). Only one of them, Long Island Bird and Exotics Veterinary clinic offered help.

But they declined treatment upon the species reveal.

This happened for nearly every other place I called, I asked many places for recommendations but they always tell me it’s invasive or a wild bird and cannot be taken in. Either that or they don’t pick up.

This has been ongoing.

Any idea what is typically done to treat this? Yes, ofc I will try to find more rehabbers and vets. But if push comes to shove I’d like more info on this.

There isn’t much.

Thank you!

Any idea what this means?

A round started, and ended pretty quickly.

The monster selected was definitely Vapor, but I noticed he was acting weird the whole round.

I think the dude playing him was lagging out.

It ended quick ‘cuz he left, and this happened.

Any idea what causes this?

Springtrap mod for Sonic Racing Crossworlds

Just felt like giving this masterpiece of a mod free promo

It’s silly, sure. But the voice acting is neat and there’s actually a lot of effort put into it

It’s also very epic that the DBD Springtrap model was used, it’s my fav

Now I can finally play a FNAF kart racing game that isn’t terrible! (Looking at you FLAF)

The phantom animatronics aren’t the most memorable group, sure…

But they are still pretty spooky looking and a major part of FNAF 3.

This concept is more of a small addition to a pre existing ability Springtrap has.

What if, whenever Springtrap would use his blinding scream- instead of just darkness covering the screen - there would be a chance that a random phantom animatronic jumpscare would play.

Nothing super loud or annoying, just something to distract you or creep you out.

I just think it would be a cool feature.

As for why everyone is having the same hallucinations…

Uh

Springtrap agony powers, I don’t know!

▲ 4 r/Fish

I pulled up a bunch of killies for my backyard pond, (I have bass and sunfish that feed off of them) from a drainage ditch that the sea flows into in Oyster Bay NY.

I noticed what appeared to be a three spined stickleback within the mix when I poured the fish in.

I didn’t know it was in there- and it swam off before I could grab it.

My dad said he found a silvery dead fish a few days after I released the mummichogs, so I assumed it died due to the shock of being thrown into freshwater.

But I noticed it by the waterfall today, just hanging out feeding off of water fleas?

Is it possible for them to survive such a rough transition like that? Mummichogs, sure. But I’ve always thought sticklebacks were more fragile.

I’m just going to let him live, I am unable to catch him and none of the larger fish can swallow him properly.

I’ve never had sticklebacks in here before so if anyone is a stickleback expert give me some info please.
