Extra flavor vs extra sweet?

What’s the difference between choosing extra sweet vs when choosing a flavor, opting for “extra”

SimPro Manager never closes out correctly

I use SimPro Manager for my wheel and pedals so i always have it opened during races. i close all my programs when im done and simhub, and Maira always close correctly but whenever i try to reopen SimPro Manager, it never opens. I always have to go into task manager and end task before retrying to open. Its not saying "not Responding" but i cannot open it from there. Anybody know why this is happening?

Where is the flavor list?

Maybe I’m being dumb about this but a 7brew just opened up and have been giving free smalls all week and they are soo good and I wanted to customize my own but it says “customize everything: pick a flavor or a few” but I don’t see a list of individual flavors anywhere in the menu.

Anyone run better when they don’t want to be running?

I’m pretty new to running, followed a C25K and made to running a full 5k non stop a couple weeks ago. And throughout my entire time running I’ve found more often than not that the days I go out to run with a clear goal in mind and feeling well rested and ready I end up gassed early or body just isn’t feeling it. However whenever I worked all day and im kinda tired I’ll say to myself, “I’ll just run a mile but if I feel up to it after that I’ll try to go further” I end up going further than I ever have.

And I don’t think I’m running much slower/faster than the other days. I’m usually right around 10min miles

Are my Roma tomatoes rotting?

I don’t remember them having that black mark a week ago when they first started to grow. The other bunches throughout the plant don’t have these marks so I’m confused as to what caused them here.

What comp should I prioritize smolder over other champs?

My champ pool consists of Kaisa, Xayah, Caitlyn. I really like smolders late game but idk when I would pick him over other champs because I feel like for the first 20mins I have no priority so we forfeit dragons often. Maybe it’s just my skill level.

But my thoughts for my picks are
Kaisa: when vs tanky team, or have good CC dive.
Xayah: vs dive comp/assasins
Caitlyn: vs short range bot, lane bully, easy dragon pro.

Smolder:?

SFL coach recommendations

I really want to see what I get out of a coaching session. I’m 2k in SFL so I’m sure there’s a lot that I could learn from a skilled coach. Does anyone know of someone with formula experience?

My first 5k Run!

I started running In may following a couch 2 5k program, I may have slacked off a few weeks and had to repeat a couple more but after running a 8on 4off pace a few days ago I wondered how close to a full mile I could run non stop so I tried it today. And managed to make it the full mile! I took a one minute walk break and wondered if I could do it again…and again.

My legs feel like jelly but I’m so proud of myself, my goal was to hopefully do a 5k in September and thought it would take the entire time leading up to be able to attain that goal.

Horrible pain running down the side of my foot

. On my right foot from the base of my 5th metatarsal to my little toe it is so painful when barefoot especially after laying down for a while like in the morning, I have to hobble down the stairs because I can put 0 weight on it. It almost feels like it’s broken but I haven’t done anything besides walking. After 10-15mins it goes from unbearable to just painful and when I put shoes on, regardless if it’s my work boots, sneakers, or hey dudes the pain almost but not quite disappears.

If I squeeze my foot top and bottom it doesn’t hurt at all
But if I squeeze the sides it kills

Legs seem to be my limiting factor now

I’ve been running for 5 weeks now and I feel fairly good, I’ve learned to slow down my running which allowed me to go longer but now I’m at a point where my cardio isn’t holding me up, it’s my calves and shins. No matter how well I stretch them before my run or how long of a recovery I give them they end up burning around 1.5miles in.

Is this something that I will get used to overtime or is it more a strength or posture issue?

My new upgrade has arrived!

I can’t wait to see how this compares to my Moza R3 that I’ve had for years!

After years of playing i finally achieved it

I started playing in 2016 bouncing around different roles, finally settled on support. Took 2020-2025 off and came back recently slowly climbing. I got to within one win like 4 times and each game our mid laner would mega feed but finally managed to get that final win.

Rakan build?

How is Rakan build these days? I used to play him a lot when he first came out but I’ve been away for years.

My best champs are enchanters but I really need an engage champ of some kind but I’m terrible on melee tanks. Is he mainly enchanter or can I go AP if needed?

Not able to progress to 5min straight

I’m in my 3rd week but I repeated week 2 because I’m not able to move on to the next run which is 1.5miles; run 5min/walk 4min. The longest I can run without a walk break is 3minutes and after I’m just about gassed. I know people say try running slower but if I slow down any more I’ll be just walking. I don’t have a watch yet so I can’t tell what my heart rate zone I’m at currently.

I guess im wondering if it’s normal to have to repeat multiple weeks and if some people get stuck for a while?

Free solo keeping up vitals

I beat the game once on alpinist difficulty and found myself eating and drinking to stay warm throughout long climbs like the peril and most climbs towards the summit but how do you manage it without being able to off belay?

I’m currently at the palace of the wind so I’m going to prepare my stuff for the big climb coming up.

(Also, off topic. It’s amazing to see how much better you are after you beat the game once and start climbing from the beginning)

WC has requested a IME

I just got a message that workers comp has requested a IME and will be calling to schedule one soon.

I hurt my shoulder last year at work, had surgery and was out for 7weeks, returned back to work for 1 and slightly re-injured the same shoulder and doctor took me back out for 3. It will be 12 weeks at the end of my reevaluation date.

Is this normal course of action since my fmla is almost over or do they think I’m faking it? I’ve only answered to my doctors orders throughout but I’m worried they are now trying to not pay me or pay for PT. (Which at this time every thing is going good)

1v1 stealth game?

Is there such a thing that is popular right now? I really loved the gameplay of Spyparty but its a dead game, as is Sniper Elite Resistance with the invasion game mode. I was hoping there would be a game similar that has a decent amount of people playing
