Build if team is all AD?

I’m fairly new AD so forgive me if this is a dumb question but say my team is all AD and they have a couple tanks that are for sure going to build armor should I go full AP from the start?

Or

Is kraken-guinsoos mandatory and then start building AP like nashors-Deathcap-dusk and dawn?

I struggle playing Crit based AD

I’m gold 2 and fairly new to Bot, I used to be a support main. I can’t seem to do well with any crit based champ. I feel like I don’t do anything laning phase, and then I’m mid game, scaling and waiting to “come online” but then the game ends.

My best champs are smolder, Ez, and jhin. With then I actually feel like I do damage. Is it mostly a skill issue? Down here in gold there is barely any team fights. It’s mostly who gets caught out and 3v2 skirmishes in random spots so it’s hard to position correctly and predict them

Doctor taking me back out of work after returning

I had surgery on my shoulder and bicep tendon in March from a work injury, I was out for 7 weeks and was finally cleared to return to light duty work. I was there for 2 days until I felt a painful pop in my shoulder and set my progress back from where I’ve gotten to.

Now, after a doctors appointment to double check my shoulder, they decided to take me back out of work for 3 weeks. It will be 12 weeks since my surgery date, I’m still covered under FMLA even though I returned for a week? I’m getting nervous about the possibility of being fired for being out for so long.

[NA] Older Gamer looking for duo

I’m late 30s, used to play league religiously years ago as a gold 1 ADC/Support player but stopped in 2021 after getting burnt out. Now I’m back playing. I’m trying to main AD again but bouncing back and forth whenever I get frustrated enough from my autofill supports.

Looking for a chill support, doesn’t take themselves or the game too seriously but still tries their best to win. Non toxic.

I often leave my PC running throughout the day and come back to it a few times throughout, but what has been happening is when my PC goes to sleep ill wake it up with a keypress and then when the screen is on i cant press anything to enter my passcode, no keys work on the keyboard and my mouse cant click anything (both wireless Logitech). Any reason why this keeps happening?

I feel like I know this answer already but wanted to ask. I was a gold 1 support/AD main before I stopped in 2021, randomly decided to play a little recently as AD and have been doing not bad compared to where I left off, anyway what seems to happen nearly every game is I get a mage support and 10min into the game they always burst down the casters of each wave leaving me very under farmed.

Is this common now? Am I supposed to be pushing waves faster or something? And how should I farm up mid-late game because of this?
