Christine and Janelle’s friendship is honestly so lovely to watch. ❤️ There is something so special about seeing two women who have shared so much of life genuinely support, celebrate, and stand by each other! I’m so glad they have both found happiness
Ghana has always been (and is currently) a beacon of religious harmony, where Muslims and Christians live peacefully side by side. Nigeria once shared this same peaceful religious coexistence…let Nigeria’s story be our warning. We must never accommodate extremism from any religion. Radicalisation always starts small, but it is a very slippery slope….

I’ve always loved the concept of the family visits (only thing the current Loveisland producers continue to get right lol). It’s always a nice reminder that Islanders they are just human ☺️

I’m genuinely surprised that people are still so invested in the Julia/Lola situation. But then I realised … viewers are probably just extremely bored because there aren’t many other compelling storylines happening right now for producers to focus on.
Compare it to the golden era of Love Island (Seasons 2–5). The drama, humour, romance, lust, friendships, betrayals and unexpected twists were constant. Every episode had something happening, and the show was genuinely becoming national news (example in picture).
Back then, the Julia/Lola situation would’ve probably been a 1 to 2 episode storyline before something else blew up and took over. It feels like it’s getting so much attention now because there isn’t enough else going on.
The show isn’t giving us enough other things to talk about. 🤷♀️
