How to prepare for google sys architecture design interview? It’s an ai agent role. Is it mostly about recommendations/ search/ads kinda thing, or domain specific tailored for the team’s needs? If it’s ai agent related, is there kind of agent related sys design required? Should I get more clarity from recruiter?

Had previous 3 cycles:
Last year
1 blast ->1 euploid (FET failure)
This year
1 blast ->1 euploid (in ice)
3 blast-> 0
5 blast -> 1 ( current cycle)
The blast to euploid rate is kinda disappointing. But what can I do? The accumulated ratio across the 4 cycle is on par with the statistics of the general population for my age.
Both untransferred ones are boys. I already have a boy through natural conception, who has autism but currently doing well perhaps outgrown it a bit. But quite challenging to raise when he’s <4.
Wanting a girl since chance of autism in girls are lower. But it seems hard to get a girl so I would be fine with boys after all.
RE originally planned for me to do a following cycle, I’m wondering should I take a break wait for next cycle, or move on to transfer. Have been doing ivf since Jan this year.
I have primary through Progyny but don’t have enough smart cycle left for a ivf freeze all, and got a secondary insurance through Cigna and win fertility . There will be a self pay portion left from progyny. I was told by Cigna that if something is self pay (without insurance involved) then it’s not reimbursable by Cigna.
I’m wondering Anyone who doesn’t have enough Progyny smart cycle, but can use a secondary insurance to cover the self pay portion? Want to see if there has been some similar cases, how did it work?

I’m exploring if I can use that invoice to submit claim to secondary (Cigna) for processing. In that case, would a prior auth to the secondary required ? I heard provider only submits one prior auth request either to primary or secondary.

Has anyone done a patient appeal on a denied prior auth service ? Particularly with win fertility ?
Because they denied biopsy so I need to pay upfront , then provider won’t submit claim. I was also told by provider in this case, I cannot directly do peer to peer because that needs denied claim. And need to do patient appeal with win.
Has anyone had success having RE or the medical team conduct peer to peer or appeal a claim with insurance company, and that works? I have Cigna and win fertility. The biopsy was denied because they require 3 transfer loss or 2 miscarriage. Although I don’t fully meet that requirement, 1 transfer loss and 1 miscarriage. I thought of giving it a try, but will need the doc office to do the peer to peer. Wondering anyone has done that, what it looks like and what the result it is?

Supplement being taken is prenatal, omega 3, coq10, acai powder, and newly added NAD for less than a month before retrieval. Acupuncture but didn’t get a chance to have a lot before retrieval.
How is different math academy or practicing materials, like Singapore math, beast academy, think academy, Russian school of math, etc? Especially for a 2nd grade coming 3rd grade. Particularly for an autism kid, who is becoming good at math at the 2nd grade level, although sometimes still struggling with not being very cautious. Is it ok to do acupuncture on the day of trigger (trigger planned at night)? Or it’s too closed to ER and need to avoid? Anyone wants to share experience?
For Google interview it needs team matching first before starting the loop, now recruiter mentioned 3 teams, one I heard from online forum discussion that has bad reputation, but the jd seems interesting; another I may find not a best match, a third is perhaps medium interesting but I heard it may be a good org.
Do I just pick a team not considering too much to just start the loop first, then come to team matching when I’m lucky to pick and choose?
40 DOR. Re asked to be on bc for 15 days before starting the cycle , because my period has delayed . But didn’t explain why 15. I’m worried that being on bc for that long can oversuppress.
The other option is to wait till period start and then +3.5 week till luteal phase. But that’s just to wait longer to start. And at 40, time is not the best friend.
Anyone with dor has experience with bc? Will it oversuppress? Which option would be better?

My period has delayed for 10 days and my last ER was 4/1 then period came 10 days later and started bc (Enskyce) originally to prepare for scheduling, but stopped it two days afterwards due to lots of side effects.
Not sure if because of all this, my current period is delayed.
To prepare for next ivf cycle, re asks to start bc until originally planned late luteal phase. But that’s like half month of dose. Current e2 and p4 is low.
Will taking it for this long oversuppress my ovary and have it less responsive to meds during the stimulation?
What bc is less supprpressive on dor, and less side effect? Usually taking for how long to be less suppressive?
Not sure if this is purely for scheduling purpose, then Is it OK to take it for less days and start the cycle sooner? because last time I started taking birth control, it gave me lots of side effects, like headache, backache, fatigue, brain fog kinda of thing, so I have to stop taking it.
Anyone eating protein powders that’s are good for fertility? Maybe anti inflammatory as well. Have been doing weight training in between ivf cycle . Constantly feel hungry next day after the weight lifting. Looking for good protein options.
Does your fertility benefit cover pgt a test? I’m about to exhaust my primary and got a secondary from Cigna/ win through spouse. Win mentioned their pgt test has very strict criteria like 2 clinical loss or 3 transfer failure. I had 1 miscarriage years ago and 1 FET failure and 40 dor , and recent ER yielded all aneuploidy.
Not sure if anyone successfully got their pgt test through insurance when the policy is strict or against it ?
I heard you can rebuttal if it’s declined like having the re talk to the medical director of the insurance . But I also heard this might take long and success not guaranteed. Anyone tried it before ? What was it like

Does anyone taking Nac , L-carnitine? Is it helpful in terms of getting more eggs, blastocyst? I heard maybe no direct linkage to euploid rate. What’s your experience? Brand and dosage you took?
I currently take prenatal, 600mg coq10 ubiquonol, which contains 750mg omega 3, going to start tru niage 1000mg. Thinking of perhaps adding others
