Limits on AGI Frequency

Hello all. I’m having some difficulty finding a definitive answer to the following question.

How often can a landlord apply for an AGI?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Campaign for North Africa Game

I had no idea that the game Campaign for North Africa is a real game until I looked it up.

“The board game The Campaign for North Africa is featured in The Big Bang Theory season 11, episode 16, titled "The Neonatal Nomenclature". In the episode, Sheldon plays this famously complex game with Bernadette to keep her company while she waits to go into labor.”

Very cool.

That Dirty Black Bag

I just came across this show. I’d never heard of it before. I just watched the first episode. In a way, it kinda reminds me of High Plains Drifter.

Has anyone else watched this series?

Subway SubDog

Has anyone tried one of these yet? I’m curious but not curious enough to try one myself.

Disclosure Day

I just finished watching Disclosure Day. It’s a long movie but well worth the time. I thought it was fantastic. I now understand why some people hate this movie. It dares to challenge their narrow, self serving world view, their sense of superiority and asks them to consider “what if?”. Well done Mr. Spielberg.

Feeling Sad Tonight

Feeling a little sad tonight. I came across this picture of my buddy, Roy as a kitten. It was several years ago that he passed over the rainbow bridge far too soon. I still miss him terribly.

The Old Way (2023)

So after enjoying the hell out of Nicholas Cage’s performance in Spider-Noir, I thought I’d take a chance on another of his movies. So this morning I watched his western, The Old Way (2023). It was rather good. Not quite what I expected. It had a slower pace than the typical western but it was a good story with solid performances from the whole cast. If you can find it somewhere, I recommend giving it a watch.

Takoyaki

Hello all.

I tried takoyaki at lunch today and while I thought it was okay, I wasn’t totally satisfied. I’d like to try it again. Does anyone have any recommendations on restaurants I should go to?

TIA

My Opinion on Genre Restriction

What some people don’t understand is that, yes, Johnny Cash was a county western musician but he did in fact transcend genre. His music speaks to everyone.

This is what I believe and nothing will change my mind.

Fast Food Burgers in Canada

I’ve now come to the conclusion that A&W has the best fast food hamburgers in Canada. It’s a bonus that they also have excellent onion rings and root beer.

Club Sandwiches

A Club sandwich is a great sandwich made even better with extra mayonnaise. And the mayonnaise should be on the sandwich, not on the side. 😎

Generic Version of Ozempic (Canada)

Have any of my fellow Canadians here been able to get their hands on the generic version yet?

I’m still waiting to hear from my pharmacist.

Arthur Jefferies (Prof. Proton)

Has anyone else noticed that everyone refers to Arthur Jefferies as Mr. Instead of Dr. when he’s made it perfectly clear that he has a PhD from Cornell?

Digestive Side Effects

When I started on my Ozempic journey, I suffered from horrible constipation. That was many months ago but it was easily dealt with and hasn’t been the case for a long time.

These days, I’ve been experiencing a great deal of flatulence and diarrhea. Five minutes after eating I better be close to a bathroom or else it spells disaster.

Has anyone else experienced this shift in this side effect? If so, was there something you did about it?

TIA

Momos

Hello fellow foodies.

A new Indian restaurant has opened near me in the Beaches. They have momos on their menu. I’ve heard of them and have thought of trying some if I could find them. Now I can.

Are they worth the effort? Any recommendations on what kind to get?

TIA
