People could live like saltons for a high fee, maybe a meet and greet and a bbq night together. The Rats and Coackroaches are bonus.
Kennt jemand Orte, an denen ich das Fotografieren üben kann, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken oder Aufsehen zu erregen?
For years I was lazy. I visited the gym for months, built some muscle, but never really lost fat. Looking back, I think it was because of my naive mindset. I changed that around the end of March, and since then I have lost 10.4 kg so far.
What helped me most was finally understanding that a calorie deficit is the only real key to losing weight. Once I accepted that, things started to change for me.
I kept everything simple and realistic. I completely stopped eating snacks and replaced sugary drinks with sugar free versions. Other than that, I do not follow any strict diet.
For exercise, I train at home with a kettlebell and resistance bands. Gym subscriptions never really motivated me to go consistently, but having equipment at home makes it much easier to stay active. I also go on walks or use my treadmill while watching a show, which helps me stay consistent without forcing myself.
There were weeks when my weight stayed exactly the same, and honestly that frustrated me a lot. During those moments I visited this sub to get away from my negative thoughts and remind myself to keep going.
I also started a routine with psyllium husks and prune juice, which has helped my digestion a lot.
Overall, I think I am finally on a good path to losing weight and building healthier habits that I can actually stick to.
I accidently chosed Bike Indoor instead of treadmill now my overall steps are counted wrong.
The Shadowverse is cooler than Hell sadly , would like to see more of it.
