So here is a list of the excuses I've been provided to date from this is only coming from the New Jersey VA healthcare, I can't speak for any other state

They have to wait for funds

they have to wait until they receive additional directions from the program office, she noted the email address

they have to wait until they get instruction coming directly from the director above their level

they have to find out where the money is coming from

they have to put contracts in place

they have to request funding

so far this is the list that I've received

In addition I was told yesterday when I had a discussion again in terms of following up and to find out where they are in terms of paying, she made a comment...

she said well I report to the state and I said well wait a minute you report to somebody that works for the state,

I said you're a federal office how could you report to somebody that works for the state, she said yes but we're in the state of New Jersey so my reporting and I said am I to understand are you saying that there is somebody there that works for the state in the actual VA because if that's what you're telling me that would mean that there is a dual role going on,

that means there is a conflict of interest because you can't have the government's best interest and have the states best interest, in addition to that it crosses lines of HIPAA how can you as the government say okay we've got your best interest and ensuring that your information is secure but yet this lady is telling me her reporting structure and I said you know what for the sake of clarification are you telling me that there is somebody there that works for the state that is actually at the higher level that makes decisions for this, which is a federal government department, is that what I'm understanding and she just keep trying to work in the state...

I still don't know basically what it is she's trying to say because every time I try to get clarification she changed it around a little bit and said okay but you have to understand this and that. I was like well I know that you know the department sits with in the state the healthcare centers and hospitals of the VA sit within the state but it doesn't make sense to me what you're saying in terms of you have to report to the state or your reporting to someone from the state in some way shape or form

I still don't have full clarity in addition I requested an organizational chart to try and gain a better understanding. I said for the sake of chain of command I think it would be beneficial because then it would help me better understand what the reporting structure looks like and who I need to contact next in that chain if that makes sense

Just go to the USCAVC website and search it just review them. You can perform the same search for BOARD OF VETERANS AFFAIRS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

The only difference I can see between that and CIVIL cases in other courts is that you may need an online account to review the CIVIL but not always.

I'm using a military veteran voucher, that's as opposed to the standard voucher

No nonsense and I'm extremely clean AND organized. Any sight of a dead insect is a deal breaker. Shower and bathrooms with stains is out. No torn up or messed up walls or floors etc because you know the unit must be inspected when one uses a voucher. Hate popcorn ceilings, they're old outdated and attract dust. Not furnished.

I don't want dust base boards and all that. Clean and updated units. And no I don't want any interaction beside discussion of rental for this request.

I'm inclined to live in quiet communities with public transportation close. If you've read any of my messages then that's obvious the losses. Ready to rent today. Must understand challenges to having hardship and barriers associated with that. But, the voucher is your security the rent will be paid.

You'll need to look into the research for children and adults though. That's Trenton NJ and you might look North before they do what they do. Be nice , don't tear it up. How can you tell if it's intentional

When there is blatantly obvious issues with your unit or your home rental and you've made the request to have it repaired or fixed but all those requests go ignored

You have issues with parties that would lead to litigation and you have evidence of the same

You've noticed additional additional billing and when you've asked them to correct it they act like well that's just the way it is and it's going to stay there

You ask for assistance and that is assistance is constantly delayed or ignored or stopped and you're informed well this is just the process and this is how long it takes it's interesting because for others it doesn't take nearly any time for them to provide you assistance

Your personal identifying documentation items any evidence or paper forms of items or documents that you may have slowly disappearing and you're like well I had that so where is it

You have to replace identifying documentation or your identifications etc are quickly canceled and expired

There are numerous excuses for why you can't get your PO box things of that nature that would have you receive mail, packages etc and would support you being stabilized

Whenever you state that you're trying to do this on your own not through a program or any other case management things of that nature you're presented with a problem and stated that you have to go through their program or their case management or some other in order for you to obtain assistance

You're required or asked to produce every doggone document that you could potentially have that would allow them to provide you the assistance that you need

Your request for housing assistance is either delayed or paperwork is missed you have to constantly ask your asked constantly to provide the same paperwork numerous times

You're identifying documents have been changed once you provided them and there's always an excuse that you need to provide another one however when you look at what they have they've been changed

Any historical items things you've had throughout your your life seem to be damaged or some other issue they're lost they're stolen etc

There's some new disaster or tragedy that seems to come up that forces you to pay into a position where you have to pay additional money that you had set aside to correct the matter

Any help or assistance you get it starts out sounding good and you begin with perhaps maybe 3 months of a hotel stay or similar but whatever applications things of that nature continue to be delayed such that you're constantly put in a position of stress or in a position of uncertainty which leads to the homeless situation

Any money you attempt to recoup whether it be through the social services or other disability things of that nature not only just recoup but obtain there's always an issue with the paperwork and your old denied and every time you go to correct whatever the denial issues are they either can't find it, it wasn't received or some other nonsense you need to submit it again etc. or you missed your deadline to resubmit it and so therefore obviously it ends in the denial

You start recognizing more and more things stolen albeit you may think that you lost them or misplaced them but then you realize they're either stolen or something's happened to them they've been damaged in some way shape or form I may have already stated this one

When you do receive the help such as a hotel stay or similar someone places you in a hotel for a while you begin to recognize how they treat you for instance the littlest things they try to argue with you are starting argument with or say that you are combative argumentative irate and you are doing nothing more than something as simple as asking for a towel and additional towel or something along those lines and they want you to stay in places you normally wouldn't stay in or drop your standard of care such that for instance roaches all over the hotel or some other place similar to that something that would cause you stress and distress

When you're placed somewhere it's far away from where you would normally would be including further away from public transportation which makes it difficult for you to get around and causes you to spend more money

They ask you do you have a storage unit this I'm not quite sure is even something that's required to be answered however if you are a veteran I found this to be the case and I recommend that you take a look at the form that they ask you to complete when asking you this question that form should include an OMB number and if the VA has not provided or the federal government has not provided an OMB number then you do not have to complete that form now if they state that you have to complete it in order for you to obtain the resources then you ensure that you provide that very same form and provide the documentation to the OMB personnel office and ask them whether or not there is a legitimate OMB number for that form and let them decide whether or not you have to complete it because they State the federal government States any form that they use in there must have a legitimate OMB number

Your asked to complete either a form or a lease that has blank lines that leaves blank lines this is something you should pay attention to those blank lines can be filled in later on you should complete those blank lines by lining through them

You've tried to obtain a job and the numerous corporate level jobs you try for seem to always be a problem and you've heard someone say they have to ask an individual who isn't part of the decision-making process and potentially not in their corporate office which means mighty strange
