Can i run Minecraft Java on my laptop?

Specifications-

HP 15

OS- Windows 11

Processor- AMD Ryzen 5 7520U

RAM- 8GB

Graphics card- AMD Radeon Graphics

Many games i tried run as shit, if i install Minecraft with performance mods. How much FPS can I except. Is there any way i can use shaders or other mods without the game becoming unplayable
