Complete lack of energy but bloods are coming back fine?

I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 8 years ago and once I started medication I was fine, however for the last 2/3 years I've struggled with my energy. I'm 24, seemingly healthy and my bloods always come back fine. I go to sleep at 12 and wake up just before 9 on most days. A lot of the time on the bus home from work I struggle to stay awake and when I get home I usually need to lie down for a bit.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just curious if anybody else has been in a similar situation before and what the issue was or what fixed this. Im just struggling to live a normal life because I'm so drained of energy constantly.

Where can you get decent art in Belfast?

I've tried stuff like St George's market, but a lot of it just seems like touristy stuff or things that are basically just mass produced and sold at every market I've ever been in. I'm not exactly sure what kind of art I want to be honest, I'm just curious where some good places are to have a look. Any suggestions?

How do you make your house cozy while still being minimalist?

I'm trying to decorate my bedroom at the moment and make it more mature, but I'm worried that it looks too minimalistic and sterile. Does anybody have any advice on cozy decorating (mainly bedrooms) without adding a ton of clutter?

How can I make my bedroom look more cozy but also mature?

I've been trying to be a bit more minimalist the past while, but I worry that it makes my bedroom look too cold and sterile. Any advice is appreciated. I know I need to add some more colour, so any input on that would be great. Thanks.

Is it disadvantageous to do random reps through the day as opposed to all at once?

So I work from home and like to generally do random reps throughout the day when I get a spare couple of minutes. Would this lessen the results or my exercise when compared to doing all of my reps in the one sitting?

I've noticed that a lot of alt rock bands tend to play semi-hollow body guitars. I currently only have an SSS strat and a broken SG, so ik considering getting a semi-hollow body guitar for heavier/darker stuff like QotSA and some metal stuff like Sabbath. Is there an actual reason why alt rock has so many S-H guitars or is it just because it looks cool? Also are they higher maintenance than solid body guitars?

So I did a placement year at a company who I then returned to around 2/3 years later. The company was under a different name when I was first there, so on my CV I've just put both years down as the same name, but does it look better if I were to put it down as the two different names to make it seem like a different company hired me for the same role?

I'm trying to learn more about improvisation and song writing, but I'm curious how people approach keys. Do you think of keys as something you memorize all of the chords of, or do you think of them as the intervals of the root?

If you memorize all of the chords, do you have any technique that you use to memorize them quickly?

So I'm new to trying to play metal songs, and I'm trying to learn seek and destroy. My question is, when palm muting the part in the 1st image, should I be trying to angle my hand to only palm mute the E and A string? Or should I be playing it with my palm muting all strings and lift up when playing the non palm muted parts?

I'm just overall not super sure about my picking hand position and muting with it.

I'm a short man who's also quite skinny. It seems like I can only really get my size in women's jeans. My question is, is there really much of a difference? I'm guessing maybe the inseam is probably shorter on women's?

I've been trying to learn the major scale, and so far I've memorized the first 2 shapes and I'm trying to learn how to jump between them seamlessly. My question is, should I be learning keys first? Like for barre chords, should I be learning how to find intervals on the top 2 strings and play different chord progressions in different keys before I learn the major scale?
