Why doesn't Embiid take a full season off to just heal 100% so he's not always injured?
Blew a 3-1 lead, and lost your FMVP to the same team who beat you in that series...
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
How do I become Shams? How do I get the sources and early news?
Is there an NBA player that no one can truly dislike?
role players or stars, no DNP bench warmers/ garbage time guys
In the year 2137 will today's championships be discredited because there was only 30 teams and they have 88 teams?
reddit.comHornets looking to trade LaMelo Ball...
I thought he was a Hornet for life
Why is Jordan "GOAT" but but John Havlicek is not even top 10?
John Havlicek has the better career... maybe he should be the GOAT.
Spurs fans in San Antonio brutally beat a Knicks fan after losing the NBA Finals while people beg them to stop in the background... Do better
The GOAT debate is dumb. The only way we can truly judge a player's greatness is by their own era.
Seriously how can we judge who the GOAT is? We have to split it up by eras. The game changes with time, the player contracts change with time, and nostalgia is a huge factor.
People will tell you Jordan"completed a 3 peat twice" and use that to discredit LeBron.
But those same people discredit Bill Russell even though he won 8 in a row and 11 total because of the amount of teams in the league at the time.
Will we start to discredit Jordan in 2030 when there's 32 teams because he played in a less team era?
And the nostalgia factor is real, people will never give new generation players credit because they look back at 80s, 90s, early 2000s players as mythical beings.
People act like new generation players wouldn't survive in the 80s, 90s, or early 2000s but the truth is they probably would do better than some of your "Top 10 all time" players...
Teams are a big part of it too, people discredit LeBron for losing against the warriors so many times but realistically who did Michael Jordan or the other all time greats face in the finals that were better than the Warriors or even 3/4 as good?
We will also probably never see big name pair ups that will last long or have enough supporting cast to win consistently in the NBA again. The Kobe and Shaq, KD and Curry era is dead. That means players going forward have less chance at a championship and will forever be looked down on.
Really we should stop defining players as Greatest Of All Time and just the Greatest Of Their Era, because every single era is different and there is no way to judge because too many factors are involved.
The orange and blue supremacy is real. In both conferences the best guard wears orange and blue. If the Knicks manage to close out the finals that means back to back championships were won by orange and blue.
The most probable winner for the championship in 2027? An orange and blue team in the east or the west.
Who was last year's clutch player of the year? Brunson and he wears orange and blue.
Who was this year's clutch player of the year? Shai and he wears orange and blue.
Last year OKC took out the team who beat the Knicks, This year the Knicks are on track to beat the team who beat OKC.
Orange and blue supremacy.
Do you think Diawara can take a Siakam level leap?
He seems promising to me personally. I really think he can and will.
This is turning out to be the best finals of all time
Angry Spurs fans ATTACK and SNATCH a Knicks fan's chain after losing game 1 in San Antonio... Stay classy Spurs fans
Steph Curry is an anomaly. really 1 of 1
bro i genuinely think people don't appreciate steph curry enough because we've gotten numb to the insanity. this man is a top 5 player ever and i'm tired of pretending that's even controversial. every time he touches the ball it feels like something ridiculous is about to happen. he changed the entire sport, made shots normal that would've gotten players benched 20 years ago, and somehow did it all without being a diva. no drama, no constant headlines, all he does is show up and destroying teams while smiling the whole time. and honestly, he's arguably a top 10 human being of all time too. great father, great husband, gives back to communities, never acts bigger than the game. steph curry is what happens when the basketball gods accidentally give the right person the gift, and allow them to keep it.
