Shoes/boots for Squats/Lunges

Been trying to do lunges / split squats. I have balance issues. Attempted to use a smith machine. While it's doable at least for my right leg, it feels completely weird for my left leg. Maybe because it's the non-dominant leg/foot. I don't even go all the way down since the smith machine kind of hinders me a little bit.

I was told for lunges, to get some squat shoes. I wear a size 10.5 mens US. Does anyone have any recommendations? I was looking into BOA Lacing, but can't find any besides the adidas on poshmark.

(DFW, TX) L3 Requalification Class

Any recommendations for L3 Requalification that actually posts their available dates on their website instead of taking your money first?

Do not recommend Train, Protect, Defend or DFW Metroplex Training Academy.

Does U.S. have something like this? (With the swivel)

This is in Thailand. I like their modular holster adapter. They got a better one than the ones in the U.S. It's currently out of stock so I can't spend the fortune to order one.

Zeroing Red Dot - DR920

DISREGARD: Post left up for comedic purposes.

I am needing to confirm my red dot zeroing. I have a cheap boresight off amazon (i will be ordering one that sits in the chamber instead), but is there a stationary block I can use to stabilize the firearm?

I have a security requalification coming up, and I am trying to figure out the best way to get it zeroed (yes I will be taking it to the range prior to requalification day). But I was trying to find a way to stabilize my firearm to basically zero it in at home prior to taking it to the range to test it. I bought a mini suction-cup vice grip. I have my doubts that it will suffice. So I am making this post just incase.

Worst case scenario I remove the optic prior to the requalification and just use iron sights. Not an issue.

Recommendations for keeping it stable?

Looking for recommendations to keep this stable and not slide around or go up and down if I were to run. This is the nextorch v75 baton holder. I used zipties for the flashlight version. But it isn't working the same for the baton version.

I use the Nexbelt Battle Belt. It's very comfortable and helps prevent my equipment from digging into my when sitting in a vehicle. It's also very sturdy and feels good to run in.

Best Advice for Spraying them

Best way to get rid of these? I have a can of Hot Shot.

No, that light doesn't work, we don't ever use the porch lights here anyway.

I went out last night be it was too dark since it was after sunset. I live in a rural area, so it's hard to see at night anyway. Do red flashlights actually work for something like this?

Last photo shows a load of chicken eggs in the sink. None of the nests are directly above. So unsure if covering the sink with some cardboard would be fine when I spray, or if there is a better way to handle this. Chickens don't sleep anywhere near the patio. They just lay their eggs over here.

'24 Corolla Cross Hybrid

First 3 Photos were July 7th. I went to Discount Tire in Mansfield, TX, well, technically Arlington, for a new tire. Turned my wheel all the way to the right to expose the bolt which was too close to the sidewall.

When they finally opened, I turned off my car, went inside to get an employee, and we went back out where I was going to pull my car up slightly to provide a better view. I started my car and those messages popped up and I couldn't utilize my car. Did slight research and read that it was likely due to the 12v Battery. I removed it and took it to the other tire shop nearby since they had a battery tester. They said it's fine. I put it back in and all of a sudden everything was fine. I then proceeded to the dealership out there and spoke to a service technician, he said it was likely a one time thing since my wheel was turned all the way to the right and that the vehicle wasn't able to draw enough power to send to the power steering.

TODAY (next 2 photos): Parked on a positive slope in front of a fuel station while I ran in to buy a drink. First time I turned the vehicle on I got the Braking Power low. So I turned off the car to check the 12v battery. One of the plugs somehow came disconnected. I plugged it back in and turned the car on again, then I got those 2 messages in relation to the Parking Brake. My wheels were straight this time.

I'm past the 30k mile warranty. So, any idea what the issue could be? And rough estimated price ranges? As of right now, I don't ever see myself buying another toyota.

The last photo is currently what it looks like.

Can it be plugged?

Got a bolt in my tire. Is this particular spot pluggable?

Heading to discount tire but they don't open for 2 hours. I'm 47 miles from home with a total of $12. 😅

EDIT: 12v Battery just went out sitting at discount tire too lmao. Just fucking great. Hate this car.

Start Research with just Reta?

Getting ready to place an irder. I don't make or have a fortune to spend. Would reta be a good start by itself? I utilized zepbound for 3 months which did awesome. That ended in January. I haven't gained any of that weight back. I tested compounded tirzepitide which hasn't done anything in the one-month I was on it so I discarded it.

For research purposes, would reta be a good start? I plan on researching Wolverine, CJC/Ipamorelin, Mots-C, and GHK-Cu as well.

Any research/habdling advice for these would be greatly appreciated.

Company Issues (TX)

Hello everyone, I wanted to list some issues and see if there's anything that should be reported to either the PSB or the TWC.

- Company pays patrol salary to avoid having to pay them hourly/overtime. So even if you have to work over by 3 hours (or more) for whatever reason, there is 0 extra pay. (170 per shift)

- Company pays post officers hourly.

- Company did provide the option of w4 or 1099 (I know 1099 is illegal), and considering it is offered, there is no health insurance. Only the Texas Law Shield registration form. The TO has been with them awhile and isn't even sure if the company offers health/medical insurance.

- Officers are supposed to pay out of pocket to fuel up patrol vehicles because the company doesn't have a single fuel card. You submit receipts for reimbursement which isn't always on time.

- Company pays via zelle or paper check to avoid payroll taxes.

- Monday meetings at the office, which has the possibility of lasting hours (unpaid) - Obviously illegal.

These are just the things I've learned so far. Even if most of it isn't technically illegal, they are still very shady.

So, is the IRS just keeping the rest of my refund? 2025

I owed $742.67 from 2020. My refund this year is 1287. They took the amount owed out of this 1287. But they bave 0 information on where the rest went? And I cannot speak to a live person in any way because all they use is automated phone systems which are not efficient or effective at all. The track my refund says 'Status not available'.

So are they just keeping people's money now?

Sterile Syringe

Unsure if talking or asking about syringes is against sub rules. Delete if not allowed.

What types of sterile syringes do y'all use when mixing the bac water and peptides? Any specific ones I should avoid?

And as far as injecting, does anyone use the 'reusable' syringes?

Velcro Tape on vest?

Do you guys think velcro tape on the back of a vest would do fine? It will be used to hold my radio cord since the current vest I have doesn't have built in cord management. It's only temporary until I have money to order a new plate carrier. I'll remove it every week before I wash vest then apply new tape after wash.

If so, any recommendations on velcro tape? I know there aren't many good brands out there as far as strong adhesion.
