Just got prisms. They've changed my life...literally

I have been suffering from debilitating fatigue, brain fog and awful concentration and memory for nearly a year. I've had multiple blood tests, have had a sleep study and have tried diet changes, medication changes and everything with nothing working.

I thought I'd go to the opticians on the off chance that something might have been wrong with my eyes, I'd literally exhausted everything else.

Optician said I needed glasses and prisms to correct BVD. Well....after a week of wearing these things all the symptoms that I have been struggling with, and what I thought was now part of my life are gone.

Its absolutely crazy how much stress, depression, exhaustion and everything else this issue was causing me.

What can I do with this plant to improve how it looks/grows?

This plant has done nothing over the last year. I’ve trimmed it down. Leaves are pointing all over the place which makes it look messy, the tips of the leaves are dying. Any help?

Could astigmatism be the cause of all my issues?

For about eight months, I have been suffering from serious brain fog, fatigue, and headaches. I’ve had blood tests and sleep studies, which will come back with no issues and I’m healthy and fit.

I’ve never worn glasses and then just had an eye test where it showed I have astigmatism but very mild. (0.5 in both eyes). After five days of wearing my glasses all my fatigue, headaches and brain fog have gone. Is that normal or am I just somehow like weirdly imagining this??

It just seems so strange that this could be the cause.

3 large cups of coffee a day to zero in 2 weeks. I’m drinking the same amount of water however and am experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches all of a sudden. Do I need to replace the caffeine I used to have with water??3

I’ve removed the fuse next to the control panel and the battery in the control panel. The external alarm went off for 15 minutes then went silent. All sensors around the house used to have LEDs on them flashing which they no longer do.

The only thing is concerned about is there seems to be a fuse in the control panel also, does that need to be removed as well?

Does anyone know. iPhone 16pro running the latest software.

Normally I could change this to every 4 hours. Yes I have face unlock off. Ive removed all credit/debit cards to see if that would allow me. Device is not registered to a school or work. The ONLY way I’ve managed to get more options than ‘immediately’ is when I remove my saved Face ID data. When I rescan my face the options disappear again and I can only choose immediately. I cannot for the life of me work out how to get the options back. Does anyone know?
