We "went digital" around two years ago.
Well, half the assets have wrong run hours, a third of the PMs are closed out without being done, and nobody trusts the reports anymore.
Management thinks we're 90% compliant. We're maybe 40%.
But has anyone actually got theirs clean? Or is this just how it goes everywhere? Need your opinions!
From what I have seen, Techs do the work. The problem gets solved.
But then six months later, the same issue comes back, on a different shift, and nobody remembers what the fix was.
It's so frustrating that it gets repeated forever.
Is this just the job, or has anyone actually cracked this?

This has been a recent development. Everyday at night around 2am my persian cat male keeps scratching the balcony door to signal me he wants to go out in the balcony. Idk why its been 3 weeks he is doing this
Usually he stays and sits in the balcony in the morning and afternoon before it gets too hot and humid. He usually himself only comes inside the room once its too hot
But this sudden urge to go at night has developed and is driving me nuts as he keeps on scratching and meowing. I ignore that to let me know that this behavior wont work at night so that he understands what will be accepted and what not
But if anyone has any idea why he might be doing this pls help a girl out
