I think our fascination with theater and actors over two thousand years stems from our unconscious understanding that every single person is just God wearing a mask. God willfully forgetting who It is so that it can have a new experience and hopefully understand the truth of what It ACTUALLY is by getting into the thick of it in the third dimension. Before any of this, God was just existing alone. Nothing to reflect on. Nothing to compare Itself too. Maybe It was confused and lonely?
In this age where comments are memes, gifs, Gen z slang and phrases, or catch phrases that begin with "Bro thinks..." or "Is the such-and-such in the room with us?" It feels like wit in the internet comment section is at an all time low. There was a time I would go on here as a teen, I'm 32 now, and feel intimidated by the cleverness of the other teens and the generations older than me in their 20s and 30s but now as an adult I can easily be one of the funniest people in the comment section by just having an original, kinda-clever thought.
Why do women refrain from complimenting men?
As a straight man, if it weren't for gay men hitting on me, I'd never know that I was even remotely attractive. Women simply do not cue me in. I've gotten "ews" from mean girls when someone jokingly suggest they date me. But I've never gotten any compliments. I'm not a mean guy and I'm overly respectful. Maybe they just don't think I'm interesting - like, I'm just a boring nice guy or whatever. But still, regarding my appearance, they've never complimented me. Am I alone here? I'm sure verrrry attractive guys get compliments from them but if you're just ok then it's up to you to initiate the flirting and risk looking like an imbecile if they don't like you.
I've had night terrors, weird dreams, boring dreams and long bouts of vague forgettable dreams. I've never had a beautiful, loving dream. Never had a lucid dream in which I'm flying. Does this mean I've always been low-vibrational? I'm not, like, a cruel or bad person. I do have empathy and am doing my best to do acts of good in this world.
