Does anyone else have a really bad cold that lasts a week?

No sore throat but a fully congested head and very tired. Is it just a cold, or something else?

My very fit husband, his brother and my son had Gyno - It's hereditary, nor their fault - or yours Post op they look amazing!

So, I've been back on this subreddit because my son will be getting his gynecomastia surgery in a few months. My husband had gyno when we met. It didn't bother me, but it bothered him, so he had the surgery. After his successful surgery, my BIL, his brother, had surgery too. My husband is a physician so I'm sure he knew this, but only now that my son will be having surgery did we ever talk about gynecomastia being hereditary.

My husband is in excellent shape and always has been. His brother is in even better shape, and although I don't evaluate his body, I can say that his gyno was more noticeable than my husband's before surgery.

It helped our son to hear that he doesn't have gyno because he's done anything wrong. In fact, he's always done everything right It's just his genetics. All of them are fit and eat right and stay very active. So guys, don't beat yourself up if you have gynecomastia.

The results of surgery were great. Both guys look fantastic without shirts and in tight white tees and dress shirts, which was a big deal before surgery. Even I can't see the scars on my husband. he does have a little hair. I honestly forget that he had the surgery, or that he ever had gyno because it's just....normal. Good luck out there guys and be good to yourself

What is the best home hair color for grey hair? Online or mail-order?

I started as a blonde and I'm not ready to go to a natural grey. My salon experiences can be good, but it take a lot of time and money. The greay is pretty strong so I really need complete grey coverage I'd be happy with a good vs great result. I know professionals would be able to do better than I can do myself.. Also, any products to add shine between coloring?

Jo Malone's Orange Blossom reformulations? It's barely there!

There seems to have been a reformulation on the last few years. Fortunately, the fragrance doesn't smell totally different, but it is so light I barely know it's there and it fades so quickly.

I like that it really smells like orange blossoms. What else smells like this, or how can I layer maybe body wash oil, etc. in addition to spray to keep a true orange blossom that has a bit more. Once upon a time there ws a limited edition neroli by L'Artisan Parfumeur Dear Lord I loved that fragrance but it's been well over a decade. I have not worn L'artisan Histoire D'Orangers. I really love the straightforward fragrance of Jo Malone and I'm not looking for anything too complex. Can anyone compare the two, or might there be a way to layer them to give a bit more lasting power while keeping it lightwhile keeping it light?

I'm the top executive in a business that has just been acquired What is my payout?

I've worked this organization for nearly 20 years and been told repeatedly by both owners, a father and son that they couldn't have their business without me. They both have always worked full time, but so am I am more. They are selling the business with payout of ^ million - 7 million. I know this because they told me as they have tole me everything. They have always been good to me and I think they are telling me details of the sale and they are prepared to give me a bonus. What would be reasonable?

I hate the idea of plucking each Q&A one by one. It's very tedious. Is there an AI platform that might help me with this? I'd like to be sure all answers are updated and maybe ad a Q&A to the website

And, if anyone wants to celebrate, I was a consultant for a long while and now I'm being hired, hence the client / boss meaning benefits, etc!

I don't do the editing myself, I'm more of a director / producer. I cannot find a great professional video to model something after. It has to be luxury that requires vetting the professional based on education, experience, happiness of patients / clients. I'd prefer not to start from scratch. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I work with a cosmetic dentist. A lot of the business is local, but this is a huge expense and people pay for the best hoping it's a one and done. How do I get the word out beyond the local community?

I've been adding it to fruit smoothies but that's a lot of calories and sugar, and a mess to clean up. Any suggestions to make it easy to drink without a full smoothie?

For those interested _ I make it two ways

  1. Yogurt drink plus frozen berries and Juven

  2. Juice and/ or coconut water plus frozen berries or pineapple plus Juven

The fiber is prob good but I can't see doing this for many weeks

I'm fine doing this 1x a day, but a smoothie is kind of filling and high is sugar so I'd like to do just 1 a day

And, anyone use more than 2 packs a day?

btw, I researched and Juven is not just protein but other things that help healing.

I also take arnica and bromelain

I'm 3 days out and feeling pretty darn good. After my nap today something shifted and I'm so much better. I'm not 100% standing straight. But very close.

Before I forget, point and flex feet a lot to enhance circulation of the legs

Let's start with bathroom. I find it takes me extra time to fully empty my bladder. I take that extra few minutes and even use a squatty potty to help get it all out, that way, fewer trips.

P00ping isn't fun, but for me has not been an issue. I've been taking those Gruns gummy supplements and they've worked for me

I make a point of doing intentional slow walking around and around my house multiple times a day, not to the point of fatigue or pain, but just to keep things moving. I also try to do at least some walking when I stand as tall as possible with shoulders back. I didn't want to get accustomed to hunching.

And I drink a lot of water and also take Juven My diet is mostly fish, chicken, veggies, fruit and high fiber. I was so scared of constipation!

In my previous post I shared that I was NOT prepared to have any pain as this is my 5th plastic surgery procedure from my amazing PS and I've never had paid before and my close friends who had TT with him had no pain.

The only real pain was getting out of bed. I needed a bolster and now have a wedge pillow for sleep. It still is not fun getting out of bed, but the pain lasts 20 seconds and it's gone. I guess a recliner would have been nice for getting out of bed, the first two days, but the pain was so brief and I like sleeping in my own bed. I really did not find that necessary

I also have Thera ICE ice packs. I like the weight they add and the feel of them.

Today I showered for the first time and it felt great. I even dried my hair.

My surgery was 4.5 hours and I had 4.5 lbs of tissue removed with muscle repair and a new BB. It was a big surgery. My surgeon used Exparel. I did not want to use narcotics but I took one before bed last night and one before bed the night before. I don't like the way they make me feel, but it stopped my pain completely.

Some thing shifted after my nap today. I felt so good. I even made dinner after showering. I've been sleeping A LOT and will continue to do so. But I have a business Zoom tomorrow and an in-person meeting Wed and I think I'll be okay

I'm hoping some of my tips might help others feel better. Sleep a lot, walk, stay hydrated, take stool softener and / or Gruns, take Juven, eat healthy easy to digest food and remember that you'll be looking amazing soon!

I desperately need suggestions for home hair color. I was originally very blonde, then turned darker and now I'm grey, not a pretty grey. I am so frustrated with professional color and I can no longer justify the price or the time. Is there a brand that works well for great, nice colors? I like cooler blonde. I am so grateful for any help. Thank you so very much

As the title, I had a tummy tuck yesterday. I did not prepare at all. My necklift, auto-augmentation breast lift, arm lift and upper bleph were truly painless. This one is different! Getting out of bed, up from from a chair or going to bathroom all are uncomfortable.

I created a bolster with pillows and had a good nights sleep. I hate the way narcotics make me feel, so I will only use that Rx as a last resort.

I have arnica and Juven that my PS gave me

Any tips are very, very much appreciated. Good news is I can already see a difference, even in my binder, but I'm walking around like I'm 80 years old. Thank you so much for your help!

I had a tummy tuck yesterday and I didn't do all the preparation because I had zero pain with Neck lift, arm lift, neck lift and upper bleph. I'm feeling this one. It's not horrible. I slept all night in my bed with bolsters. But getting in and out of bed, sitting to go to the bathroom etc, is uncomfortable. Any tips that I can start after the fact?

My PS gave me Juven. I have pain meds but I hate the feeling narcotics give me. I have them in case, but that's a last resort for me.
