The New Architecture of U.S. - China (PRC) Rivalry

The New Architecture of U.S. - China (PRC) Rivalry

These Polish experts are pointing that out Xi and the CCP are using the same strategy they used in the 1940s against the Republic of China, this time against the United States.

What are YOU doing to stop claims that “China in ROC means PRC”?

In recent months’ it’s become a clear talking point by the CCP regime and their supporters to claim that because the Republic of China has “China” in it’s name that it’s a part of the PRC. I feel this hasn’t been effectively countered online, as this propaganda line is everywhere. It also encourages some neutral or moderate Huadu supporters away from thinking or saying the ROC is not a part of the PRC.

I want to know what you are doing, what you plan to be doing to defeat this anti-ROC narrative, and what you think is needed.

You Chinese, Fuchienese, Taiwanese, Overseas have to win this narrative war. Here there is only so much that us non-Sino people who have to focus on our own countries can contribute to helping the cause for liberal China.

Do you support the elimination of the Control and Examination Yuans?

I've seen much discussion about some proposals made by the DPP about just that, and I wanted to know what the popular perspective on them and the proposal is.

I think of both the Control Yuan and the Examination Yuan as net positive institutions, but then again, I'm not the one benefiting (or being harmed) from them.

China's Presidential Office: "The Republic of China is a sovereign and independent democratic country"

By China, I'm referring to the Republic of China (Taiwan), being once more to troll the CCP bots that try to delegitimise the sovereign government elected of23 million across two provinces and six special cities, owners of the world's sixth largest stock market, and the only chinese state to ever have a direct democratic mandate ever from the people itself.

Is there anyone that knows reputable sources/people to ask regarding the 1920s-1930s Kuomintang?

More specifically I want to research the uniforms and gear used by the KMT during the northern expedition in 1926 and during the 1930s during the Japanese invasion.

Information in English about these topics are basically nonexistent and any photos I can find are too low quality and any description/written data is too vague.

I’m aware this isn’t about the island of Taiwan I believe it’s still appropriate to ask due to it still being about the KMT. I’m also aware that this is not a military/airsoft/re-enacting subreddit however I’ve tried asking those communities specifically and I was unable to get any help from them.

THIS IS NOT A PRO-WAR POST.

Paraguay President: Republic of China and Paraguay are to build together one of the world's largest AI centres.

A reminder that Paraguay formally recognises the Republic of China.

Historical Article: Republic Greets Its 70th Anniversary

I will say stuff like "island base" and other "spiritual home" might not have helped as much for legitimacy, even if this article was made for domestic audiences. I think simply saying "From the Capital of China" or other language that the area the Republic of China controls is an equal part of the ROC with other places would had been better for legitimacy building.

Also interesting to see that the civilian side of the national day was normal even back during martial law era.

I've heard complaints that the ROC government while working hard to keep ties with the ruling Paraguayan government, has not focused much on other Paraguayan political parties. As the current ruling party of Paraguayan does face some corruption calls I worry a bit what would happen if another party wins, one that the ROC doesn't have ties with. Especially because the communists are targeting the other parties to seek recognition for their regime

I've also seen some think tanks point this out and say Taipei has to work on cross-party ties in Paraguay. And greater connections with the Paraguayan public over the elite.

Being so close to the PRC, how is it living in the Kinmen County? Are there any effects of being so close to the PRC and is there a significant difference from Taiwan? And how is life there overall?

By the way I figured a way to troll the chinese communists is to sometimes use monopolistic words over them when referring to the Taiwan and the Republic of China. As sometimes they will say "See the China in ROC, It's a part of the People's Republic of China", if you say to them instead (only to them, stick to just Taiwan, Republic of China for videos and posts for everyone else) simply "China" they have a harder time (IE "China's Armed Forces" when talking to Gongfei about the Republic of China Armed Forces). Because how could they argue that the Official President of the ROC is not legally China's president?

There is a bit of aura with the glasses, but I wouldn't say it's at the same level of Macron's aura photos.
