So I want to import 500 pieces of a product (let's say jewelry chains) from China to Pakistan, and I'm looking for the cheapest way to do it.
The problem is that almost no supplier offers DDP service, and when I ask freight forwarders for shipping, their rates are shockingly high. I'm confused about how people actually source products in Pakistan. Am I missing something, because this can't be real? $20 per kg is way too much.
A few months ago I shipped 500 pieces of a product from China to Spain and it was really cheap, even though Pakistan is much closer to China. How is it 10x more expensive?
